i looked at myself in the mirror one last time i was feeling nervous i took a deep breath and i felt two hands wrapped around me from behind a smile appeared on my face

"are you ready to go" he asked kissing my cheek i nodded

"yeah,lets go" i said

"you are looking so beautiful,ishu"he said i blushed

"thank you" i said and looked at him wearing a black suit and he's looking hot like always

"you are also looking so handsome" i said he frowned

"just handsome"he winked i laughed

"let's go" i said we both went downstairs and saw his driver waiting for us as we both got in i took another deep breath

"hey,don't be nervous baby i am with you" he said softly and held my hand "i know i don't know why maybe because i never attended any event" i said

"I understand don't worry i'll always be your side" he said making my heart melt

"congratulations, once again" i said he pecked my lips
"thank you" he whispered

"i'm so happy for you and i'm so proud of you" i said " i know" he smiled

"sir, we reached" we both parted he hummed and looked at me

"so, are you ready mrs.malhotra"he asked making my heart skip a beat

"yes, mr.malhotra" i said and took his hand

as we both got down cameras flashed on us his hold on my hand tightened

and we both posed for a picture i looked at him and he was already staring at me

he looked at me with so much love my cheeks turned pink under his gaze

"mr. malhotra is that your fiance"

"mr. malhotra are the rumours true"

"mr.malhotra can you say some words please"

"Yes that's my fiance and we are going to marry in a week some misunderstandings seperated us but we found each other again and we are so happy she is the woman i'm madly in love with and i am so excited to spend the rest of my life with her" he said looking at me i smiled at him

A tear almost escaped from my eyes "thank you" he said and we both left from there

"congratulations, mr.malhotra" they shouted

we entered inside he held my waist and i spotted his family waiting for us

"congratulations, my son" they both hugged each other

"thank you dad" he said

"isha how are you dear" he patted my head i smiled
"im fine, dad" i said and i never thought i'll call him dad again

"i'm so glad you are back" he smiled "me to" i said

"I missed you so much" aditi said hugging me "I also missed you so much" I said we both smiled at each other

she signed and held my hand

"I'm so glad you are back" I nodded
"me too" I said

"i"ll just come" reyansh said i nodded he smiled and placed a chaste kiss on my lips my eyes widened and he was gone

aditi was grinning my cheeks are red now I cleared my throat

Its been few minutes and we were talking

"Where's your mother" i asked her the question keep bugging me she isn't present here

How's it possible that she isn't here

"Well, Bhai didn't wanted her here she told dad to not bring her" she said i looked at her surprised

She looked at me and signed

"He just got you back again, why'd he wants her to be here after everything she did"

"I was so upset with her I still can't beleive my mother did that"

"And my brother never looked at her after he got to know the truth and he didn't wanted to thing's happen again"

"So that's why she's not here" she said

My eyes turned to him sensing my gaze he passed me a smile I also smiled back at him

"And one more thing, she wanted me to say something to you" i nodded
"What" i asked

"She knows she doesn't deserve your forgiveness after whatever she did, but she said she is sorry and ashamed for everything she did" she said and held my hand

"Let's sit down its almost time" i nodded and we both sat beside dad and rey

We looked at the host and everybody already know the answer some were happy and some were jealous I guess

"And the businessman of the year goes to mr.reyansh malhotra" the host announced and people were clapping and hooting for him

"Congratulations" we said and hugged him the smile never left my face as he held the award in his hand

After his speech we stayed there for few minutes and then left to home

We both layed down on the couch after eating the food he ordered
"Hey, what are you thinking" he asked caressing my hair

"Why is your mother didn't came" as the words left my mouth his hands stopped and he sat up and signed

"What do you want me to do then" he said i took a deep breath and looked at him

"I know whatever she did is wrong but she deserved to be there, she is still your mother rey" I said softly he looked at me

"Why are you so good" he asked i smiled he also smiled

"So will you forgive her" I asked
"What about you, you did" he asked

She was the reason for everything happened to us but every human makes mistakes right they deserve a chance

"Maybe, and It's all in the past rey we should think about the present"
"And even she deserves a chance"I said

"I need time, but I'll think about it" he said i smiled and hugged him

"Now enough of this, i want my gift" i squealed as he picked me in his arms

"I love you so much" he said
"I love you too" I said and kissed him.
