The sun was just beginning to rise when Rosalie landed the bike in the back yard of number 4 Privet Drive. She took in the sight of the small house, warm lights already glowing as the Dursleys likely finished preparing to leave.
The house itself was cozy- inviting, even. But she knew better. She knew what those awful excuse for muggles had done to her friend.
She rolled her neck and shoulders, internally hyping herself up to become something she rarely had to be any more. The scarier, darker side of herself. The warrior that she had to become in fifth year. Her posture straightened, eyes darkened, and maneurisms became that of someone who, quite frankly, seemed villainous.
She strode confidently through the back glass door startling Pentunia Dursley, who in turn hid behind her husband and attempted to grab Dudley to hide as well.
The ugly little man puffed up his chest, turning a very interesting shade of red. Rosalie laughed- he looked like a messed up cross between a mole rat and walrus. To his credit, the coward kept his terror out of his voice, "Who the hell are you? Storming into my home-"
Rosalie held up a finger, and Vernon silenced his rant immediately, "I'll stop you there. You're Vermin, I assume? That makes you Petunia, and you the little boy with the piggy tale."
Petunia squeaked, and Dudley stood there confused. Vernon was on the other hand, very literally, spitting mad, "It's Vernon! And you still haven't told me who you are to come in here-"
Rosalie allowed her eyes to flash red as she grinned a sharp, cat-like grin, "I'm a friend of Harry's. And compared to you low life muggles- I'm god."
Harry then ran into the kitchen hearing the commotion, "Rose, don't. They're almost out of my hair and I'll never have to see them again." He turned to Vernon, "I suggest you lot finish packing the car, because if she decides to kill you there is literally nothing that could stop her."
The family dispersed, Vernon muttering and Petunia not turning her back on Rosalie for too long. Rosalie pouted at Harry, "You never let me have any fun."
Harry rolled his eyes and punched her arm, "I let you do that little act. I was just in the other room. The thing with the eyes?" He used his fingers to pull his eyes open wider, "Brilliant."
Rosalie smiled, jokingly bowing, "I live to serve, Chosen One."
Harry just rolled his eyes, turning his attention back to the Dursley. They were no longer in the dining room, but standing infront of the door with their bags.
Harry and Rose joined them- and Vernon wasting no time before he started questioning them, "Why can't that fellow from the tele guard us?"
Harry raised an eyebrow, "You mean Kingsley? That'd be because he is guarding the Prime minister."
Vernon lifted his chin resolutely, "Exactly! If he's good enough for him, he's good enough for me."
Rosalie snorted, but Harry spoke before she could, "After all that you've done, you are lucky anyone is protecting you at all."
Rosalie studied her nails, "Yup. You're lucky we went with Harry's plan instead of mine." Her eyes flicked up to look at the family infront of her, glazing over to be black as night as she released visible tendrils of black power around her, "I just wanted to absorb those dark, shriveled souls of yours."
Petunia shrieked, running out of the house with Vernon following her. Dudley, on the other hand looked confused, "Wait, are you not coming with us?"
Harry smirked, "No. You finally get rid of the freak."
