After coffee and eating a dessert, a voice announcing that a Delta flight was ready to board, so at the same time this group checked one of the TVs with departure times located below the lounge within the terminal before the gates where it said that Delta flight was on time and it showed a phrase saying "Boarding" so Juan relized that this was the moment he and his dad were waiting for after a long delay plus a hotel night in Quito , at the other side of the glass made window he saw a big jet twin engine plane with Delta Airlines livery painted on it, this group thinking was Phew! We finally did it, now let's see what will happen to us and this huge aircraft so they sat down in the benches and waited for their group to board, so the airline staff organized the passengers in order to let them inside the airplane, when it was their turn boarding was smoothly done and very quickly as well as easy as scanning their boarding passes in a machine and the doors will open allowing them to board through the air bridge towards the plane's door into the airplane.

When everyone started boarding and getting comfortable in their seats, Juan went into his seat and when he settled down to his seat ,he realized he was inside a Boeing 767-300er which is a large aircraft and really aged but it was well maintained , clean, comfortable and with good legroom and head rest , once it took off there was a friendly crew offering food and drinks, and this group got lunch with drinks included for free, later they got snacks and drinks , enjoyed movies, listened to music and slept so they enjoyed the time and those 5 hours went very fast.
Upon landing in Atlanta, they went to the Atlanta final line and problems started because none of them were Canadian citizens so they went through the foreigners line and Juan's visa was about to expire, and Roberto had a valid visa so there were a lot of questions for the officers to ask them, one question regarding their staying in Atlanta and Roberto didn't speak English well so his son Juan acted as his translator but one of those questions were about money and neither knew what was that question about because they were invited to a graduation ceremony of Emory School of Medicine and they planned to stay around two days in a rented apartment that was cheap enough for the occasion and then they planned to visit the city's tourist attractions.

They were sent to a small room for a few hours and since they provided no answer to the money question, they were held there until they showed prove that the Airbnb was true and after that officers asked them for a method of payment for all their stay so Juan's dad got out of his pocket his credit card and showed it to the officers and after that they were allowed to leave for their apartment, while they were walking out for picking their bags, Juan booked an Uber ride for going to their apartment and a new SUV arrived with a huge trunk space for fitting their bags, after getting inside the car, a wonderful experience started by going through the interstate 85 to their apartment and finding their apartment.

After they got out of the car with their bags, they settled up in their rooms at their apartment, Roberto got into a tall room located at the top floor but his son used another room for unpacking their baggage
