Chapter 6

-------------- Xavier's POV --------------

She came out wearing tiny plaid shorts and my Asking Alexandria sweater. It suits her so well. She came around the bed and got in next to me. She snuggled up to me. "When we first met, I asked you if you wanted me to take you home. You said that your dad would hurt you. why did you say that?" I asked. "My dad is an alcoholic, he used to beat me and treat me like shit." She said looking down at the bed. "He told me that I shouldn't even be here in the first place, he got my mother pregnant while he was with another woman. She kept the baby to have a power over him. Years later he moved in with me, my sister, and my mom. He wanted to get close to my mother and take her money for alcohol. He used to beat my mom and I couldn't help her. One day he was drunk and he told me i was a mistake and that i shouldn't even be here, he even suggested suicide. This pain started to eat away at my mind and he got to my thoughts, so i tried to commit suicide. Thats when you found me." She said as i watched drops of water fall from her face onto the bed. "Its ok, you're here now" i said hugging her, trying to comfort her. We sat for a while and soon after she fell asleep in my arms. I placed her down next to me and got in bed. She snuggled up to me and whispered "i love you" "i love you too" i whispered back wrapping my arms around her body tight.
