(Y/n)'s Pov:

"Everything is fine here, since Nabnab was causing problems I locked him in the cage down there" Banban said proudly, I rolled my eyes seeing his behavior:
"Come on, poor him, he's not that annoying" I said,
"He's really annoying, it's clear that you know him little and you don't have to deal with him as much as I do" concluded Banban, leaning forward towards me and touching my nose in a playful way, every now and then his attitude as a great superior man was Very annoying;
"Good, I'm busy now, look for the last switch."

I looked around, everyone was doing something, but I stopped to look at Nabnab sitting in the cage, he was alone and looked very sad:
"Hey man" I sat down in front of him,
"I apologize for Ban- I mean Uthman, I think you know what he's like too, he doesn't like distractions and you..." I looked at him, "are particular?" I tried not to sound too mean, he sighed and turned away from me; "hey no no sorry no I wanted injuries" I approached the cage.
"I mean, after all you and him are opposites, maybe he sees you as an obstacle to his plans? I don't know man, but I don't think it's right that he treats you like that" I smiled at him, he turned to look at me, he looked a little happier:
"Unfortunately I don't have the key to let you out, but maybe when I have activated all the buttons and the door opens I could free you, although I might have to discuss it with Uthman first" he made a happy hiss as he approached the edge of the cage, at this distance perhaps I could even touch it.
"Hey, can I?" I brought my hand closer to him, Nabnab wasn't scared, on the contrary, he put his head close to my hand and closed his eyes, "Aaww you're adorable" I caressed him gently,
"I absolutely have to talk about it with the others, I don't think anyone else down here has understood you as you really are, you're just a misunderstood and sad being" he seemed to relax under my caresses.

"Come on Uthman, give me the keys" after arguing with Banban for at least half an hour I finally managed to convince him, so I took the keys and approached the cage where Nabnab was locked;
"I told you I'd let you out" I winked at him, "yeah friend be free man, be free".
