The media spreads crap all the time; it's hard not to get influenced. All from hip-dips to wrinkles, the internet nurtures insecurites.

I'm a personal whitness, yeah, i wont get into detail about it, but pintrest SUCKS.

In the end of the day. Your body is just a body. I don't like the whole 'Body positive' movement, since it shows that you have to be desirable to matter.

Go outside, touch some grass. Lay down in some soil.

People that care about that stuff are idiots, idiots with fried brains and dumb standards. Roly pollies don't care about if you have an hourglass body, no, they don't care.

Enjoy nature, enjoy the moon and sun, enjoy the four elements. Be happy that you can do so much! Run around in a circle, pretend you're a worm. It's all fun!

1. Get your arse off of ALL social media.
I said it.

2. Roll your eyes and scoff whenever you see those 'get a thigh gap in five days' videos, your brain will get wired to saying "hey, this is stupid bs." And you'll pick up on it.

3. Old people, kids, animals and plants. These people/things don't care about your zits. While alot of old people are cucurbitas, the average grandma is nice.

4. Cut off jerks that enforce crap like this

5. Learn morse code. Yeah, it's fun, you learn, and it distracts you.

6. GET THERAPY. Wooow, shocker, eh?
