In this Kyoka is a stalker and wish just for izuku to have a good life with her and only her Kyoka live alone her parents are busy over seas and she just want her Izuku he is hers forever and ever and ever and forever always even if he doesn't know it just yet.

We see Izuku in a empty room as a chain connected to his leg and he was feeling bad like he was sick like he sallow a lot do medicine or have a fever he watch as the door opens to see Kyoka in a hoodie and she walked over and asked if he feels alright and he said no he feel likes shit.
Kyoka: oh am sorry to hear that my dear/ she sat on his lap as she pressed her body against his chest and he laid his head on her shoulder he needed to rest his head for a moment.

Kyoka smiled and got up and went away to make Izuku some food for him so he can feel so much better and she made some soup with chicken and rice and curry it was nice and warm she made sure it wasn't too hot but it was still warm for him.
she was feeling like a real wife for her sick husband Kyoka walked inside to see Izuku green with sickness she walked over and mixed a little of everything and put it into his mouth and he chews and swallowed it and he said it taste good and she smiled feeling a warm tingling sensation in his chest and he smiled a little and she continued to feed him and he ate it all without a problem and she placed it down and took his chain and asked if he wanted to sleep in bed with her tonight and he nods and they went to bed it was nice as the bed was black with red pillows he got in bed and Kyoka laid over the covers and pat his chest he started feeling a little better but still sore and not really good.
She watched him sleep and put in some headphones and turned on the television and watch her show and feel asleep next to Izuku.
The next morning she got up and looked at her sleeping husband and got out of bed and went to make breakfast for herself and her husband.
After about a hour she bad blueberry and chocolate chips pancakes with some whip cream and has some Ginger ale for his stomach with a light cup of milk.

He ate the food and thanked her and tried to put the dish away but she said she can do it and he just watch her walked away and she put it in the sink and walked back to see Izuku looking at his covers and she walked up to him and kissed his cheeks making him blush a tiny bit.
