Black and white

Chapter one

Is a hot summer day in the middle of Seattle, and the cold feeling of the air conditioning in the Lopez company was nice and refreshing. And I just zoned out for a minute. When I came back to reality I looked around my surroundings, to my left is a dark almost black wooden table and to white leather chairs with wooden legs in the same dark wood. To my right is the same table and chairs and an elevator on each side. In front of me is at nice lady behind a desk, she is really pretty she has nice blonde wavy hair and a headband. She looks up at me smiles and I wonder if I was staring at her, and my cheeks got red of embarrassment.

I smiled back at her and walked over to her. She puts her hands on the desk and leans over "how can I help you today?" She said while smiling a little too hard at me, and it made me question my outfit, "I umm I have an appointment with Mr Lopez her at two pm" I smiled awkwardly while she leaned back and started typing at the computer keyboard loudly "yeah okay yeah I see". I looked at her with excitement waiting her to direct me to Mr Lopez, she just stood there staring at the computer.
Suddenly she looked at me "okay take the elevator up the 10th then someone will greet you there...... can I please get your name please" I looked at her thinking that she should had asked me my name when I came up in the beginning. I just smiled " my name is Mia Parker" she leans her head smiling and stretches her arm, showing me which way to elevator is. I smile while nodding turned around on my heels and walked to the elevator and when's inside with some others.

The elevator made a ding sound and the doors opened and revealed a little black and white room that looked almost identical to the lobby beside for the big window with a pretty view of Seattle. At the desk an other pretty young woman sat greeting me as I walked in. "Hello my name is Mia Parker" she smiled and typed something on the keyboard looked up and smiled " oh yes I see you are here for the accident position" I nodded " yes" she looked at the computer again "it looks like he is busy at the moment but you can take a seat and wait" o told her thank you and went over to sit down in the white leather chair.

After five minutes or so the door to the office opened and a young handsome man with dark brown or black hair came out. Our eyes locked and he smiled professionally and I stood up almost tripping over my own feet. Waking over to greet him with a smile "Mia Parker" he asked "ooh emm yes sorry yes" he's smile got a little wider and he showed me into his office.
The office looked like the rest of the building black and white, I stood in the middle of the room looking around there is a big panorama window and white leather sofa that matches the chairs and a table. He sat down behind a white big table and crosses his legs and leans back into his chair while pointing at the chair at the other end of the table, I sat down kinda nervous.

"So miss parker" he smiled and there was something really hot about the way he spoke to me.
"Yes"
" what do you do in your free time Mia" he lifted him self a little while speaking. And he is making me shiver.
"I just graduated and I'm living in a little apartment"
He suddenly stopped me in the middle of my speech "alone?"
"Umm yes" kinda weird question but okay.
" okay you were saying?"
"Umm I like reading" suddenly I just stopped I don't know what else to say. I tried smiling showing that I was done and it seems to work. He looked down at a piece of paper, and I started looking at him the black hair, pretty brown almost black eyes, he has a black shirt on, and some tight jeans. And I started thinking about the black-and-white theme he had going on. Don't get me wrong. I like it. It's kind of hot,hot and it makes me think about that. Maybe I have to wear black and white clothes. I'm looking down at myself. I have a white shirt on with a v neck and a red pencil skirt and some black heels, my black long hair is in a ponytail so in my opinion, I'm fitting perfectly in here besides the red skirt,

After the interview he followed me out of he's office.
"We will contact you again if we choose you or not " we stopped in front of the elevator and he pushed the button with his free hand while the other was resting in his pocket, he looks really good and professional and I don't even notice his smell. The elevator door opened and I went in, and as the doors closed he stopped waving and turned around on his heels and went back to his office.

The next day I was op early to go get some coffee at the local coffee shop. While I stood in line thinking what I would like, I heard a noticeable voice I turned around and saw my friend Jonas standing behind me " hey Mia" he gave me a hug. " oh hi Jonas how is life going?"
"Is nice i just got a job. What about you?"
" I was to a job interview yesterday, at a company"
"Sounds good"
Jonas and I went over to talk and drink our coffee together. While talking a good looking man comes in and I'm sure I have seen him before. He looks at me with a smile and the on Jonas and the smile disappears. And I knew who he was it wis Mr Lopez. Jonas looks at me strangely than at Mr Lopez. "Who Is he Mia?"
"Is Mr Lopez he owns the company I applied a job at"
He came over greeting us "hello Mia"
" hello Mr Lopez.... This is my friend Jonas"
He turned to Jonas " hello I'm Lopez Derek Lopez" Derek I didn't know his name it suits him.
" well I have to go back now have a good day".
