People were in Times Square holding up signs about how Norman Osborn should remain Mayor and unbeknownst to them Doc Ock was looking down on them
Doc Ock descended towards a ledge with devil breath in his hand

Doc Ock turns back and looks at a billboard that had Norman's face on it
Doc Ock:It's over Norman....Time to give them the truth
Doc Ock gives the devil breath to his metal arm and it along with another arm brought the devil breath over Times Square where all of them civilians were
The metal arms break the container that was holding Devil's breath and because of the that a red mist cloud descended upon Times Square
The civilians had no idea what was happening and continued to breath air like normal
Doc Ock put on a mask so that he doesn't get sick and watched what was happening before leaving
However this wasn't the worst thing yet as right when Doc Ock released Devil's Breath a subway train arrived to the subway and sprayed a weird mist that made people start to fight eachother

F.E.A.S.T was packed with sick people which Gloria,May and D/N work even harder
Gloria and May began to cough hard which caught the attention of D/N
Gloria and May removed their mask to see that they coughed up Blood

As D/N began to pass out the mask,In the background MJ explained the state of the city was
The agency and Sable blocked off all exits points in NYC
The prisoners that escaped managed to get weapons and were fighting the agency and Sable
Also Norman Osborn blamed the spider-men for the city-wide sickness and branded them fugitives

Norman's anger at the situation made him crush a glass cup he was holding causing glass and ice to drop along with blood
