All these academies are under control of a common chairman ..managing director (MD)and president...as these academies are the most confidential places ........
The chairman is one who provides the ammunition these the academies ...and invests about 70 percent of money in these academies ... ...the chairman is the owner of the war and ammunition ( artillery equipments) empire ...all the artillery provided to these academies are manufactured by chairman 's company ....which is a trillion dollar company ...........but the chairman is not allowed in the high confidential meetings ..it's is not neseccary to Inform chairman about the missions going on in the academy ....as Chairman just is financial source of academy nothing else ....and chairman gets profit from governments ..as all the countries which are part of united nations gives a fixed amount of revenue to chairman ...and the black money which is collected from terrorists are also paid to chairman as credits instead the country in which the academy Is situated gives 50 percent of its revenue to the chairman's company mostly the post of chairman is hereditary ...as ot evryone owns a billion dollar company..and the post of president and (MD) is earned ...MD and president are the onky two person who knows what is happening in which part of the academies ...without their knowing not even a dust particle flies in the academies ..........there consent is needed for any confidential mission or medical experiments ...
