Haley's P.O.V
I sat by my mums bed with my older brother JJ in silence. They were about to take her off life support
. My dad died when I was three of a heart attack so it had always been me JJ and mum but when jj was 19 he moved out, that's when mum came down with cancer. I was only 17 at the time but I became her part time carer. But after 8 long years of balancing my job being a model and being her carer she was about to die.
The monitor was turned off. JJ walked out the room and left me and my dead mother. I burst into tears. A while later once I had pulled myself together I kissed my mother goodbye collected her things then left. I text JJ to ask him where he was. No reply so I got in my car and drove home.
When I got home the house was pretty much empty. All that was inside was a key and my boxes of stuff to take with me to wherever I was going to next. We had already sold or donated mums stuff so the house didn't need to be cleared. But I then notice a letter.
Dear Haley,
I love you so much but I just can't deal with this now. I'm really sorry but I have gone backpacking around the world, I know it's sudden but please forgive me. I hope you find somewhere to stay.

Silent tears rolled down my cheek, that's when I suddenly realised that I now had nowhere to stay. At that moment my phone vibrated

Hello, haven't seen you in ages but I have a surprise just be at home for 5pm.

I smiled at the fact he was thinking of me, then looked at the time on my phone and realised that there was going to be some kind of surprise for me in 10 minutes. He was probably sending his sister hazel over to check on me. I sat down by the door and waited and tried to keep myself together but I was failing miserably, I couldn't stop crying I looked a mess with my eyeliner and mascara running down my face. Just then I heard someone knock at the door. I got up and opened it to see him standing there. His smile turned to a frown.
"Hey..... Oh my god what's wrong" he said
I didn't respond I just ran up the stairs tears streaming down my face. I got in the bathroom and locked the door. I heard Siva running up the stairs calling my name. when I heard him I unlocked the door and then sat on the floor. He knelt down beside me and buried me into his chest. He knew it was my mum.
"Everything is going to be okay, I promise it will get better. JJ will look after you and I am here for today and tomorrow" he said in an upset tone.
"No seev its not, JJ has gone backpacking around the world and now I have nowhere to go, and I can't stay here because I have to hand the keys over to the new owner tomorrow" I said tearfully.
"Stay with me and the boys, it will be great, although you will have to come to London" he said happily with one of his amazing show stopper smiles.
"If you really want me to then okay but what about your girlfriend what will she think about it" I said nervously.
"yayayay and I don't have a girlfriend I haven't had one in eight years" he said.
"Well then I guess its official and really eight years" I said. He nodded then took my hand and lead me down the stairs.
I picked up my things and put them in my car and a few of the bits in sivas then headed to his mums for the night.
