"No need to thank me. We have decided that you will sleep in our house, and tomorrow, later, we will ask you for explanations and ask you questions. Meanwhile, Louis will take care of your brother"

"What the fuck is going on?.. I thought you said not to draw attention.. and now we're in front of the supposed main characters and one of them is even putting bandages on me. Are you serious?"

"Please refrain from moving while I'm treating your wounds."

Louis was next to him, and as William had promised, he was helping my brother. Only a few days ago we had to start studying for the numerous tests of the end of school, and instead I found myself in an anime set in the Victorian era, with more dangers than in the past life we could ever meet. Not to mention the social structure in the countries of these times: rich and poor, poor and rich.

Having money was all that mattered. Eventually even the working class was considered poor by the richest, who made fun of them and became richer and richer, leaving innocent people to die of hunger and poverty. Perhaps society hasn't changed completely over the years...

"oh, I'm sorry sir..."

I looked at my brother, he was usually not so polite to people. Of course, he was always grateful to the people who helped him, but it was strange to hear the word 'sir' added to the phrase. Daniel gave me a quick glance and then turned back to Louis, watching him help him after being beaten by that man.

Later his eyes became more blurred and I saw some sparkles from reflection of the light coming from the big chandelier attached to the ceiling. He seemed to be holding back his true emotions, and he probably would have continue to do so until he lay down on the bed, when all thoughts mingle in the night. He left a sigh and after a forced cough, he apologized and probably started thinking again. He had sold that cough as a symptom of the flu, but it was obvious he was holding back his tears.

I was still standing and I hadn't sat since we entered their house...maybe it's better to say manor. I turned around to look away from them and I began to study the room in which I was inside, I had already understood that it was the one in which William had read the newspaper about the child killed, at the beginning of the episode.

The room was very nice, with decorated walls and around there were plants and furniture probably very expensive.

"I feel so fucking poor... I shouldn't touch anything" I thought inside of my head

I always liked architecture and art in general, but seeing it and experiencing it firsthand was something else.

During my middle school years I had as a subject art history. It was interesting, but at the same time very heavy and I was more interested in the practical part, like some projects that were done once every pope's death and some drawings on every topic we were studying.

Art history has always been a bit difficult, but in a way it has made me think about human beings and our society, how it has evolved and how important art has been in this process of change.

This reflects people's emotions, not describable in words and can denounce injustices.

Art, however, is not only paintings or statues, but can be found in literature, in a landscape, and even as a person.
