Taylor and Travis (tayvis) one-shots

Coffee fixes everything

This is just a short one because I've been busy but here ya go!

Travis' POV

I'm sitting on the couch with Benji in my lap watching TV and then I hear the door. Taylor is back from the studio, she's been in the studio recording a lot lately and barely getting any rest.

"Hey Trav" Taylor says sounding a little down so I walk over there and she drops everything and runs over to me. She wraps her arms around my neck and wraps her legs around my waist. I squeeze her tightly and play with her hair as she shoves her face in the crook of my neck.

"You okay baby?" I ask her and kiss her hair as I walk us to the living room because she is usually clingy, which I love but it seems a little more now than ever.

"Yeah just had a long day and missed you" She tells me softly and squeezes me tighter.

"Okay baby girl what do you want to do?" I ask her as I sit down on the couch with her still in my arms.

"Can we go get coffee and then cuddle?" She looks up at me and pouts which makes me laugh.

"Of course baby, and by the way you're adorable" I tell her and kiss her head.

"Oh shut up and let's go" she slaps my arm and I stand up with her still holding onto me tightly.

"Okay baby" I laugh and she gets off of me to put her shoes on and I do the same. We walk over to the car and I open her door for her. I shut it then go around to my side to get in then drive off.

"We are here baby" I tell her and there is no paparazzi thank goodness.

"Okay let's go" she responds and I slide out first then run around the car to open her door for her.

"Thank you" she says and takes my hand as I shut the door. There is almost never paparazzi in Kansas City which I'm thankful for because I want Taylor to have a least a little bit of normalcy in her life. People are very polite and don't usually take pictures unless they ask. This coffee shop is more private and we know the owners so we go here a lot. We walk in and go to the booth in the back. There are light strands everywhere that give off warm light and also a fire place.

"Can you sit over here with me?" She asks with puppy dog eyes which makes me chuckle.

"Of course baby" as she sits down first and then I scoot in next to her. I put my hand around her waist and kiss her forehead. "I love you Tay" I whisper into her hair.

"I love you too Trav" she says back as she looks up at me and I give her a soft kiss on her lips. She rests her head on my shoulder then the waitress comes over. We order two coffees and a piece of strawberry cheesecake to share. We talk while we wait for our food just about family, the tour, football, etc. We both finished our coffee and cheesecake so we decided to go back to the house and watch a movie.

"Here you go m'lady" I say as I open the door for her to get in and she giggles. God I love that sound.

We get back to the house and get a few snacks then settle in the couch.

"What do you want to watch?" Taylor asks me as she gets a blanket and puts it over us as she is sitting between my legs with her head on my chest and my arms wrapped around her stomach.

"Wanna watch Impractical Jokers I think they're pretty funny" I laugh as she looks back at me raising one eyebrow.

"Sure" she says laughing

"What's so funny?" I ask as she's still giggling

"I just didn't expect you to pick that" she says still laughing and then I join her.

After like 10 minutes of her laughing non stop we finally put on Impractical Jokers.

I know this is like really short but I am working on another one right now! And also I'm so sorry I haven't posted in like a week... I'm REALLY lazy so my bad😭 THANK YOU SOO MUCH FOR 30k READS!!!
