The force of energy that was coming from the rooftop of tall building is affecting the whole city. The ground began to shake and it was followed by a constant speed of cracks on the ground. At this moment, i do not know how to save these people around me. My ability has its limitations and i cannot save them one by one. The cars around and other vehicles are bumping each other because of zero gravity. People around also began to lose their balance on the land and they began to float.

And this will cause a lot of death.

But one thing i realized just now; i did not float. Is it because i have an ability or it is my ability that's reacting against the force of ability from the person standing on the rooftop?

If i cannot feel the ability of that person, and only his force of his ability is i could seen right now, then, i have to disable his ability around.

I roamed my eyes around, trying to measure the area he used to remove the gravity of the place. He used the whole area which includes the Forsake Bridge and the Riverton Street. He devoured the whole ward of this place. Paano niya malawakang nagagamit nang ganito ang abilidad niya na walang kahirap-hirap?

Kapag nagpatuloy pa ito maraming mga gusali ang masisira dahil kung anong lugar ang sinakop ng kapangyarihan niya ay siya ring mag-iiwan ng malaking sira. Maraming masusunog na gusali at marami rin ang mamamatay lalo na kapag nagawa nitong palutangin ang mga gusali na sakop ng kaniyang kapangyarihan.

I could see from here the border of his ability. It is like a dome of energy that was covering the whole place, similar to a transparent magnetic field. The border is vibrating like a wavelength in energy waves. If we will calculate the amount of energy he had used to create this kind of energy dome, he must have used the half amount of his ability. This guy almost devoured the three wards and using that amount of energy is not a joke. It can drain his energy and could kill him. Not unless that person used a law of judgement to make a trade of power.

A normal level of ability user can possibly do this if he or she made an agreement with this unseen ability contract named, law of judgement. He or she can make a dome like this if there was a trade of power happened. But if this person did not use any ability contract to make this kind of energy dome, then, that person must be a high-class ability user.

And very dangerous.

I haven't encountered yet a high-class ability user alone. The members of Dimitic have fought a high-class ability users like Crixus and Korvinous of Hades Organization, and Keria from Fourlavien. Other Fours made a face-to-face introduction when we were inside of Fours' base, but they did not mess up with us. In fact, they let us escape from those experimented Sapiens. Until now, we are still clueless about those Sapiens. We don't know why those Sapiens are wandering inside of their base, we don't know if their organization made an experimentation for the continuous production of Sapiens. That case was remain unsolved because of new case, the Project H.

When Project H appeared, the case that Hidre opened was left unsolved. Hidre cannot handle two heavy cases alone. Kaya iniwan ni Hidre ang kaso na iyon pansamantala ay dahil naniniwala siya na may koneksiyon ang Project H sa Project S, at mas kailangan pagtuunan ng pansin ang kasong iyon kaysa sa kaso ng Project S.

He was like choosing between the two options. Two options are obviously different from each other and one of those options has the hint that will lead us to another path. Hidre chose Project H because he thought, other cases related to Project H and S will be resolved easily if he focused on solving Project H.
