Chapter fifthteen

I sat in the sofa but I couldn't get rest.

She should have been home by now. She told me to wait for her but she's not home.

As I was about to get up the door opend and someone stumbled inside. I ran up to the door and saw Molly sitting on the floor on the hallway.

I smiled at her.

"did you have fun?" I asked and she looked up and smiled drunkly as I sat down on my knees behind her and kissed her cheek.

"YESHHH!" She shouted and swinger her arms around my neck I picked her up on my arms and lead her into the bedroom. She kissed my cheek and rambled the whole way there.

"OOooOoo, Noggtly!" She giggled as I took off her clothes, she had probably spilled her drink because her top smelled more alcohol then her.

"you know what, Bath time baby" I said and picked her up again and when we walked into the bathroom I took off her skirt so she's in underwear and her brah.
I sat her down on the toilet seat and started the warm water. But had to hold her with one arm as she was slipping on the seat the whole time.

I laid down with her in the bath she's in my lap and i'm scrubbing her clean.

"you know what Lexi.." She said after a while and I looked up and kissed her lips.
"yeah?" I said and she leaned her arms on my shoulders.

"You still haven't told we where you went the day Nova came up to our apartment all bruised up and broken..." She said and looked almost serious but wobbled a little.

I hate to lie..

"you know that call I got.? it was from my boss from the bar? He had an accident" I lied my head off and she looked surprised. She didn't expect that.

"w-What?!, Is he okey?!" She said. I love it when she cares about people she doesn't even know. I kissed her and nodded.

"yes, he's okey just have to take some days off" I said and smiled and she nodded and yawned.

"shall we go to sleep cutie?" I said and she nodded again. I kissed her forehead and she smiled as I got up and gave her a bathrobe.

I had already fixed night clothes I had shorts and a sports brah and gave her my t-shirt with Girl In Red on it. She held up her arms as I helped her put it on picked her up and laid her down on the bed.

Kissed her goodnight and laid next to her. She crawled up into my arms and I embraced her body.

"I love you Lexi" she said before she fell asleep. I froze as I felt guilty because I just lied to her and she told me she loves me.

Goddammit Lexi... You know you love her to...

I was home and was ready to cook some food for Nova and Molly tonight. They will be done with their finals this week. But as I was about to start the oven the doorbell rang. I turned it off again and walked up to the door looked trough the peep hole and saw a man on a black suit with a red tie. I opend the door.

"hello young man, how can I help you?" I said and he turned to me and smiled gently.

"are you Novas mom?" he asked and reached out his hand to me. I nodded and took his hand.

"I'm Jennie" I said and smiled he smiled back.

"I'm Sebastian"

"right, how can I help you?"

"oh, it's about your daughter, she's in trouble" He said and I dropped my smile and my fear was rising.

"oh my! my baby" I gasped and put my hand over my mouth, he nodded sadly.

"will you come with me?" He said and I nodded.

Anything for my baby's even though I don't trust this man to the fully... But my baby's girl Nova

We walked to his car and I noticed two men on each side of the car. They looked like bodyguards so he must be a higher man in power.

But why is my Nova involved with this kind of men??

I shrugged off my anxiety and continued to the car and one of the men opend the door for me and I sat down into the car. But as soon as they closed the door and that Sebastian came in with a cloth and put it to cover my mouth and it smelled like strong chemicals.

I punched Sebastian in the face with my fist and he stumbled back, I tried to open the car door. But Sebastian hit me in the head with something hard and metal. And everything went black.

"MOOOM!! IM HOOOME!" I shoted out but I got no answer as I walked in and Molly behind me. We looked for mom but nowhere and I got worried something might happen to her after some incidents with Delilah's gang.

"she's fine, she's your mom" Molly said and patted my back and smiled at me and I nodded slowly.

"okey.."

"well i'm best from the exams so ima lie on the sun outside with drinks!" Molly said and tried to cheer me up I looked up when I said drinks but shook my head with a smile.

"you are not doing the drinks" I said and walked into the kitchen island and picked out my alcohol.

"what are you talking about?" She gasped dramatically and fake cried.

"don't you remember eleventh grade on Halloween?" I said and raised my eyebrow at her and she focused hard.

"I was with my ex and you were with C-" I was cut off.
"NO! SHUT UP!" she said and grabbed her bag to throw at me and I screamed and ducked.

"okey, here you go?" I handed her the drink from the floor and she grabbed it and chugged.
