Chapter sixthteen

"Finally some peace"

"mhmm" I heard Molly say beside me on the sunbed next to me in my backyard.

We're chilling by the pool at my house and waiting for my mom to come home. We had taken the final exams and was on summer break and next year we will no longer have to wake up every morning going to school but work. Molly will help her new girlfriend Lexi at the bar.

But for now I will just chill and live in the moment.

"so when do yo think your moving out?" Molly asked and turned to me. I sat up and looked back.

"probably when I get a job that suits me and when Delilah and I are stable" I said and she sighed loudly. I turned to her and rolled my eyes.

"SHES NOT GOOD FOR YOU!!" She sang out loudly and clapped her hands in rhythm, I looked at her with a raised eyebrow.

"really? This again?!" I said and she nodded dramatically.

"yes! I will protect you even if it's from yourself!" She said and pointed at me and I laughed at her and she pushed me down and tried to get on top but I pushed her down easily.

"Fuck you"

"No thanks I have Lexibo to do that" She winked and I did a puke noise and threw myself off her.

Then I heard a cough from the house and I looked up and saw Delilah stod there with flowers and a package. I got flashbacks.

"Babe?" I said and got up and ran up to her. She hugged me and I held her tight. I heard Molly get up.

"ahem" We heard and I turned but still held Delilah's hand and she gripped my hand tighter. Molly came up to us but turned to Delilah.

"i gotta talk to you" she said and glared at her I was about to tell her off but Delilah nodded.

"agreed" She said and turned to kiss me.
"wait here, I think we need some privacy" She continued and smiled at me and gave me the flowers and a package.

I watched them as they went over by the pool and talked. Molly seemed very upset and angry because she swung around with her arms and pointed at me and then pushed Delilah back I held my hands over my mouth when she did because she doesn't know about what she can do.
Then after a while Molly came over to me and hugged me.

"I think she's okey... But that's all i'm gonna say, I still doubt her" She said and walked into the house and I turned and walked up to Delilah.

"what happened" I said and placed my hand on her cheek. She took it and kissed it.

"you have a wonderful friend Mi amore" She said and pulled me into a kiss full of love and passion.

When Molly had left it was only Delilah and I over by the pool.

"have you opend the package yet?" She asked while she had her arm around my shoulder, I shook my head.

"Good, I kinda want to see your reaction"

I blushed and got up to go get it, but she grabbed my arm and dragged me back.

"no sit back Mi Carazon"

I smiled and she got up and kissed me softly and walked over to the door into the kitchen. I sat down on the chair and I got a call from an unknown.
I picked it up.

"hello?"

"Hi miss Smith"

"w-who is this?" I asked and I heard the person laughed at me.

"Im a nemesis to you and your family now" They said and my stomach dropped when they continued.
"I'm Sebastian Lopez, Lancers older brother" I started shaking.

"w-What do you want!" I said as I saw Delilah turning to me with the package in hand.

"don't you want your mother back?" They said and my tears were forming.

"I want you alone by the ally way where your Delilah killed my brother" I held my hand over my mouth as my tears were falling and Delilah ran over to me.

"don't tell your little girlfriend, I have my eyes on you"

I looked around and saw a man hiding behind the house as they ended the call.

"Mi amore? what's wrong?!" Delilah sat down and and hugged me tightly as I broke down in tears.

Delilah i'm so sorry for what i'm about to say

Delilah held me tight but I slowly pushed her away and just shook my head.

"no i'm fine but I don't want you here right now" I said and she looked at me confused but nodded.

"Have I done something wrong?" She looked at me with puppy eyes and I turned away from her and shook my head again as new tears were forming.

"j-just go.." I said and she kissed my hand and got up.

"I hope you like the present.."

She walked away and I broke down in tears as I looked at the wrapping. It had red hearts and white background. I opend it and saw a gun.
It had carving with a big D+N on the handle and it was black and red.

I picked it up and ran upstairs to change my clothes. I put on jeans and a crop top and Delilah's huddie over. I ran downstairs again and out the door and I saw a car with a woman with a black suit standing and waiting for me at the front.

"Miss Smith" The woman with sunglasses said and opend the car door. I slowly got in. We drove almost immediately after I had gotten inside.

As we got to the ally garage the woman opened the car door for me and I got out. They opened the garage door for me and I walked into a large group of both men and woman. They made a passage for me to the man in charge.

"well, well, well looked what the cat dragged in?" Sebastian shoted out and they all followed me with their eyes.

"the little Delilah whore" He said and they all laughed and some whistled as I walked past them. Then I felt a clap on my ass cheek and I turned and slapped a man across his face.

"she's feisty" he said and they all wowed. I felt two hand around my shoulders and I looked back and saw a man with a red tie.

"hello, gorgeous" He said and I turned around and slapped away his hands.

"where is my mother"

He backed away and held out his hand towards the middle part and I gasped as I saw my mother in ropes and a cloth for her mouth. She had a big bruise on her right eye. I almost jumped for her and Sebastian stopped me.

"ah, ah ahhh" he hummed and pulled me back. "not so fast darling" He said and held me tight in his hands so it started leaving red marks.

"I'm gotta have some fun first"
