Ch9

You and Shigaraki walked through what felt like an infinite maze. You were floating behind Shigaraki. Shigaraki had insisted on him leading even though you knew you would get if he lead the way.

"I feel like an ant walking through here. Why is this maze so long? WHY EVEN IS THERE A MAZE?!" Shigaraki screamed grabbing his hair in anger. It was obvious that he was getting tired and was about to have a temper tantrum, which may lead the entire setting to collapse.

"It's because just like us, he's a wanted man. Also let me lead the way." You said as you put your hand on Shigaraki's shoulder before floating in front of him.

"No way you find the door. We've been walking here for hours!" Shigaraki said, completely given up.

"Well well, who's the smarter cousin here?" You said as you floated around a bit before choosing a path.

 A few moments later, you saw a door and passed Shigaraki a winning smirk as he scoffed as if saying "Fine I lose"

You knock on the door. The door swung open as Shigaraki walks in with you floating behind him. 

"Quite under-decorated for an office" Shigaraki remarked as he walked in.

"Decoration takes up too much space..." Overhaul replied, motioning for Shigaraki to sit down.

"We've been in the tunnels for more than half an hour. Way to make your guests feel like ants! Are all Yakuza buildings this bizarre?" Shigaraki remarked as he sat down on the sofa.

"This set-up has kept us safe" One of the smaller guys remarked. "So! About the call! Were you serious? Are you actually gonna join us?"

"That's how you put it." Shigaraki said as he put his leg on the glass table and you levitated behind him. "We both have something to gain. You want to use our name and we want to increase our influence."

"Take your fucking shoe off of my table" Overhaul groaned.

"Now now, Mr. Yakuza, you should be more polite with you guests when negotiating. Try saying 'Please remove you foot from my table'." You say as you levitated and sat on the sofa back while facing Overhaul.

"Anyways, we aren't working under you. We will be equals. so let's be friends and help each other out." Shigaraki continued.

"Is that your condition?" Overhaul said calmly.

"One more thing... The plan you mentioned, explain it so I can decide whether you are worth lending our name to or not." Shigaraki paused as he put his hand in his jacket.

In a split-second, the small guy and the guy who opened the door had their guns aimed at Shigaraki. You dashed over to Overhaul

"Who the fuck do you think you are trying to pull out a gun and threaten our boss? You think you are some big shot or something?" the smaller guy angrily shouted at Shigaraki.

"You're the one to talk. Your meat shield hardly makes up for the loss of our dearly departed big sis.. Plus the arm you took, we shall need a compensation for that as well." Shigaraki said, keeping his tone calm as he watched your quick movements.

"Shut up you punk!" The guy who had opened the door spoke.

"Now now... Mind your tone when you talk to Tomura. Not only is he the LOV's infamous leader, he's also my brother. If any harm was to happen to him, I shall slit Mr. Yakuza's throat." You say as you place a knife under Overhaul's chin, dangerously close to his skin. 

You could feel tension radiating from Overhaul's body as a drop of sweat slipped down his face. A vein popped out from his hand due to the tension. You bring your mouth near Overhaul's ear before speaking softly "You wouldn't like that now, would you." You smirked as you spoke, making sure he heard every word you spoke.

You could feel his face slightly heat up from the tension. You could see Shigaraki smirking as you bought your mouth closer to his neck. "Mimic, Chrono back off..." He spoke softly, slightly stuttering, his face clearly flustered from your tone of speaking.

Mimic the small guy and Chrono the one who had opened the door backed off.

"Wise decision" You said, mocking Mimic's tone from last time. You backed a bit from his neck before looking at Shigaraki who nodded. You removed your knife before slowly floating over to Shigaraki who smirked at you.

"Our guests took out their time to come here" Overhaul spoke, his face still flustered from before. "He was in the middle of something."

Shigaraki put his hand back in his jacket and took out a weird bullet looking thing. "This prevented Mr. Compress's quirk from working right?"
