I whipped around in a flash and punched the person square in the face and kicked him where Apollo don't shine. Looking down angrily I saw it was Joshua Kerlof, head of the football team.

"The fuck you pedophile!"

He mumbled incoherently and the next day, Saturday, I found myself in Principle Jane's office with Sally, Percy, Joshua and Joshua's parents.

"I want to press charges for the assault thing young lady did to my son!" Mr Kerlof shouted.

"Hah, and I'll tell the police about how your son groped Annabeth!" Sally cut in.

"Please calm down!" Principle Jane said. "There's no need for that, both children will get a week of detention."

Percy looked at her like she was a lunatic. "What this ADULT has done is sexually assaulted a 14 year old girl. He in EIGHTEEN, a legal adult, we can press charges if we want and Joshua here will be locked up until he's thirty!"

Joshua and his parents paled considerably. My principle tried to reason with my angry best friend but he was having none of it. He pulled out his phoned and dialed a phone number.

"Hello sergeant. At the moment I'm at my best friends school, we're fourteen, right now we're in the principles office because an 18 year old boy has groped her while she was grabbing stuff out of her locker." He was a silent for a minute. "Yes I would like to press charges, well I can't but my mother will. Also against the principle for thinking giving her and the guy detention for a week is sufficient! My name is Percy Jackson, my mother is Sally Jackson, my friend is Annabeth Chase and guy who groped her is Joshua Kerlof."

A police car was heard a few minutes later and they took Joshua into custody.

"JOSHUA KERLOF YOU HAVE BEEN SENTENCED TO 15 YERAS IN PRISON FOR SEXUAL ASSULT, GROPING A MINOR AND REFUSING IMPRISONMENT!" Most of the courtroom cheered as Joshua was dragged away, presumably to prison.
