HAS IT ALREADY BEEN A MONTH since he last saw M/n? Yeah. Johan didn't stop counting the day until they'd see eachother again. He didn't even know that he developed such an attachment to that cat lover.
He often looked back on their first meeting, maybe it was fate that brought them together. What if Johan wouldn't have visited the doctor that day?
He would probably still feel a hint of regret and he'd never find out.
M/n on the other hand often wondered why Johan never came to visit him, he was sure that he wrote the address down...
Wait, didn't Johan go blind randomly?
Well M/n wouldn't even be surprised when he was fully blind now like M/n. Just when he was starting to get used to his deaf life he found two guys standing in front of him.
"Are you M/n?" A guy with black hair asked but M/n was anything but fluent in reading lips.
'Sign language?' he made the gesture and surprisingly the blond haired replied. 'Are you M/n?' This made his life way easier.
He nodded and looked suspiciously at both of them. "I didn't know he was that deaf." Zack the black haired boxer said. Jay just smiled and continued to communicate in sign language.
'You know Johan right?' Both of them noticed how much he brightened up at the mention of Johan. Yikes such love birds - was Zack's first thought.
"Jay told him we have a gift for him." Zack basically ordered and M/n arched his eyebrow. 'What type of gift?'
Jay took out a box with a ribbon and M/n was slightly hesitant to accept.
Well his mother only said not to go with strangers.. but accepting gifts is a whole nother thing soo-
He took it and opened it.
M/n was very surprised when he saw a pair of hearing aids. "Can I really keep them?" He switched from sign language to talking.
Both of them nodded and M/n put them on, he was never so relieved to hear the noises of cars and birds again.
"Are you two friends with Johan?" M/n tilted his head lightly. "You could say so." Zack lightly scratched the back of his neck and averted his gaze.
Jay just remained quiet.

Johan sighed and thought about what to eat today and just took his feets wherever it took him.
He found himself in front of a McDonalds and just went inside, hoping that it wouldn't be too expensive.
He chose just to get a happy meal and heard footsteps approaching him.
"What are you a child?" Johan froze when he heard the familiar face. "No..?" His voice failed to give a strong statement.
"Well I am so get one for me too, I'll pay." Johan was scared of turning around because he thought that this was merely a figment of his imagination and desperation.
"What are you waiting for Johan?" He emphasized the Johan part and the male melted.
The two got their meal and sat down and this time Johan was sure that this M/n was real. He was back.
As if fate brought them back together.
"Look at this, your friends gave it as a gift - I think their name was Zack and Jay?" M/n got into a ramble about everything that happened during the time that Johan was gone.
He didn't make things awkward in the slightest and Johan appreciated it. It didn't even feel like they were apart for so long.
And Johan really loved that about M/n. After all, what was there not to love about this boy?
