Atlas draped his bag over his muscular right shoulder, he stayed close to his ginger headed friend. When she walked into a certain direction, he had to walk there too. To some people it would be like a helpless puppy following you around the place.
He huffed out a sigh of boredom as he leaned over Liliths shoulder before whispering in her ear, "When will something interesting happen. This is so boring. And if I have to see one more statue of my father I will slit my throat open." She let out a soft chuckle at the idea of Atlas being so dramatic.
Percy was stood at a statue of the Greek God, Perseus. It seemed that the boy was deep in thought, perhaps even a flash back. The atmosphere was quiet and thick, "Mum!?" Escaped his trembling lips. Everyone bursted out in a fit of laughter. Atlas snickered before receiving a hard elbow to his rib cage. He covered the part of his muscular torso with his hand, "ow, what was that for Lils?" He spoke out as he gave her a dirty look.
A dark red haired girl who was stood by Percy started mocking him ending up with him getting laughed at more. Atlas looked as if he was ready to pounce on the girl to fight her as if she was a beast, obviously he wouldn't dare to. As Lilith began to argue with a teacher about her brother, Atlas could tell that her anger and temper was wearing thinn. He snaked his arm around her waist before pulling her back to him, her back collided with his chest.
Lilith noticed a tall statue of a muscular man with nothing but a helmet on, that statue was of Ares. She giggled before grabbing Atlas' face and turning his head to look in the direction, he grumbled before he too went through a flash back:
He was 6 years old playing at the local park, a tall and muscular man walked up to him as his mother sat on the bench. "Hello my son." He spoke out. The small boy looked up at the 'scary' man with his eyebrows knitted together, he kicked the chin of Ares leg before yelling "I don't know you! Stranger danger!" He quickly ran behind the man and other to the safety of his mother. Ares had walked behind him, "Atlas. You will take this and keep it till you need it," He spoke out in a soft but demanding tone. Out of fear he raised his small hand out only for a plastic sword to be put into his open palm. "It is only plastic for now my son, in the future it will be a real sword." And with that he suddenly evaporated.
Lilith had been shaking the boy who was frozen staring at the bronze statue, "Earth to Atlas?" She kept repeating after every two shakes. Eventually he snapped back into reality. "Huh?" He spoke out confused. She shakes her head before whispering, "Chiron dismissed us for lunch." She spoke calmly before she grabbed his hand and dragging him outside. They both scan around trying to find an available place. Percy and Grover both started staring at the duo before signalling for them to come sit with them, to which they did.
As soon as they sat down, Percy had automaticly asked a question, "So is this your boyfriend?" He asked which was obviously aimed towards Lilith. They both looked digusted at eachother, she chuckled before replying with, "Atlas doesn't like girls." She says with a small giggle. The younger boys face flushed with blood as he began to feel embarrassed by himself."Oh- I'm so sorry-" He said apologetically.
"Oh don't even worry about it mate." Hespoke out dissmising the last thoughts. Percy piped up again, "Is this the same guy from your summer camp thingy?" Both Atlas and Lilith shared a quick glance at one another before she awnserd back with a simple; "no! Uhm- it's a different Atlas."
