It was end of June now. Rockstar would be released in just a few days. Everyone was excited but also anxious. What if Stay didn't like it?
She wasn't the only one with those worries. The one trembling the most was Chan. He was lacking sleep and food even more than usually, the other members were also on diets now to be ready for the comeback but for no one the stress was that big.
And she worried for him although she knew he wouldn't let her help him as she was "on the verge of passing out" how he called it. And it was true. She didn't have a proper meal in weeks and her body was reacting to that pretty clearly.
She was constantly shivering and trembling, during dance practices she lacked energy and concentration and she felt dizzy most of the time.
She knew where all this came from, but she refused to accept reality and just told herself everytime she felt bad that it was just her nervousness for Rockstar.
The issue was, she wasn't sure about anything. Could she really leave just like that, like she had originally planned? Or was there practically no escape for her since she would only be able to leave using law which would draw a lot of attention to her which would make it more likely for her father to find her?
She wasn't safe from him at all, her face was all over the internet with 5-star being a huge success and her debut. Also it was a huge topic for all the people, regardless of their intentions, that it was a girl and that she actually was talented. Her name change helped to keep her unrecognized only to given limits.
It was almost ironic that she was trying to hide while being an well-known idol.
But JYP wanted attention on her, no matter if negative or positive. Because it wouldn't be his problem when Ranias dad would one day come across her face and then straight up kidnap his own daughter.
He'd just release a statement that the company is trying to find her, then drop the topic and watch how everyone goes wild over that.
