"I never thought I'd see you again." Y/n said while embracing Billie tightly, her tears running down Billie's neck.
"I'm standing right infront of you baby... I'm here." Billie quietly said, her hands loosely gripping Y/n's waist, bringing her closer to her.
"It's been a whole year Billie.. I never stopped writing to you. But you never wrote back. Did you read any of the letters?"
"I read them all my love. They're in my suitcase. I didn't reply because there's something I need to say." Billie started, guiding the girl to the porch as it began raining.
Billie grabbed ahold of Y/n's hands, peering down at the smaller girl.
"I love you so much more than you could ever imagine Y/n. You're smart and beautiful and amazingly kindhearted and extremely talented... you reach my heart better than anyone I've ever met, and I am just so eternally grateful to have you in my life. I want to marry you Y/n. I want to give you the life you deserve." Billie kneeled down, grabbing Y/n's hand gently.
"I want to put this ring on your finger, but before I do, I'd like to make something very clear. I loved you yesterday, I love you now and I'll continue to love you with each passing day. It was hard having no contact for an entire year Y/n. But your letters got me though it, I want to wake up everyday and see your beautiful face beside me. I want to kiss your lips as much as possible, and I want to look into your eyes to find my comfort. Do me a favor and love me through thick and thin, like I will continue to do so for the rest of our lives. I love you Y/n. I love you so much, so will you? Will you marry me?"
Billie wiped her tears looking at the girl who had tears pooling up on her cheeks.
"Yes Billie... yes I will marry you. I love you."
