We see Arthur, Kafka, Kikoru as well as have now made contact with a Yoju, while Hoshina is watching the operation from a roof top.
Hoshina: All right, You're debut missions underway, get out there and blow your senior's socks up!
We then see Kafka activate his Unleashed combat power and was about to take on the Yoju, however, it proved to be useless as the Yoju rammed right at him and sends him flying into some sand bags
Arthur: Kafka!
Kikoru: You're too far infront! Keep you and your 1 percent farther back!
Officer: For crying out loud, why the hell do we have to babysit the rookies? At least stand someplace out of the way and observe. Listen up! We don't know the enemy's weak spots, until we get intel from the front line, We need to carefully---

Meanwhile, in Zone F (Foxtrot) Iharu and Reno manage to take down a dozen of Yoju in that area, As well as Aoi and Izumo in Zone J (Juliet). Not long after Kaiju kill reports continue to flood in impressing Kafka
Kafka: Man, Kaiju kill reports are flooding in like crazy! Everyone is amazing. Reno and Iharu too?! Oh man, Arthur. this isn't good! Everyone is working so hard while I'm just dead weight! Their gotta be something i could do!
Arthur: Now that you can think about, their is, Kafka!
