*Vampire POV*
I looked at Matt with a teasing smile "Come now my love, you cannot still be angry with me..." I tried to kiss him, but got burned. I pulled away, surprised "My love...?" He looked at me with his arms crossed and I noticed he had a silver piercing in his lip. He usually wore a different material so that he wouldn't burn me, he must really be angry.
I sighed "Matt...baby...come on..." Matt scowled at me "My name is Matthew." He never wanted me to call him by his full name, I felt a little hurt. I reached out to touch him, but feared getting burned again "My love, how can I make it up to you?"
*Human POV*
I thought about Alaric's offer "Well first of all I want an apology. What you did was not right and it hurt me." Alaric looked like he wanted to reach out for me, but I was wearing silver for all my piercings. Alaric sighs "Matthew..." the way he said it sounded pleading and upset "I am so sorry for causing that. My intention was never to hurt you love, I swear."
He always got me with those eyes and that husky voice, it almost made me want to just give in already. I sighed "You're making dinner tonight Alaric." This was my compromise with him, I hated making dinner so that's how he'd make it up to me. Alaric smiles "Of course darling, anything for you..."
I could see that he still wanted to kiss me and I felt my heart melt a little. I looked at that handsome face I had come to love and smiled softly "Alright Alaric, I forgive you..." he smiles at me "Thank you dear." I left the room and went to go change out my piercings. I switched them out for stone ones, so that he wouldn't get burned again.
*Vampire POV*
Matt was only gone for a few minutes, but I had already started making dinner. I didn't exactly need to eat, but some food tasted good and intrigued me. I made Matt's favorite to try and cheer him up.
When he came back I saw he had switched out the silver piercings for stone ones. I smiled and put my arms around his waist, gently kissing his neck "That's better darling..."
*No one's POV*
Alaric gently pushed Matt against the counter and started biting and kissing his neck gently. The human let out a small content sigh and leaned his head back slightly. Alaric took this as an invitation and moved one hand to gently run underneath the human's shirt and the other moved to his throat.

I'm not writing a smut scene here just yet, you'll have to read the whole story for that. But, what do y'all think? Do you want more of Matt and Alaric or no? Be honest please, I'm not going to waste my time writing a story that no one will like. Thanks for reading my terrible writing XD
