Nitya is so touched by Kabir's love-filled gesture that she forgets how mad she is at him. As she watches him in awe, he gets on his knees and reaches for her hands. She feels a sense of security washing over her as he holds her hands in his. It's like he's recreating that memory of the past, right now. She didn't anticipate such a beautiful surprise coming from him, and she is curious to know what more he had in store for her. He gazes at her, infusing his gaze with hers, and she's startled by the intensity his eyes hold.

"I am sorry, Nitya."
The apology exits his mouth and then Nitya realizes that she's mad at him, yet, she's here, in his close embrace. She looks at him, giving him the chance to speak, for she could make out from his demeanor, that there's something more he wants to say. Feeling her gaze fixed upon himself, Kabir peers into her eyes once again, and only finds love and concern for himself, though overpowered by anger for a few days. She urges him to speak further, and he tightens his grip on her hands.
"Mujhe pata hai tum mujhse gussa ho, aur isse pehle ki tumhe ye lage ki main fir se koi jhootha vaada karne ke liye tumhe yahan laya hoon, toh aisa nahi hai, Nitya. I know, I did wrong. Sab kuch jaante hue bhi maine tumse jhooth bola, uske liye, I am sorry." Kabir explains.
"Yeh jaante hue bhi ki tumhe aise mazaak, jhooth bolna pasand nahi hai, maine wahi kiya. Lekin sach mein mujhe nahi pata tha aisa kuch ho jayega. I am really sorry."

"Jab tum jaante they ki mujhe aise mazaaak pasand nahi hai toh tumne kyun kiya aisa?" Nitya asks, her tone firm.
"Main apne doston ki baaton mein aa gaya tha. I know I should have kept my promise, lekin main bhool gaya tha, par abse aisa nahi hoga, Nitya. I promise." Kabir says, his tone is genuine and Nitya feels like trusting him once again.
