One day, Morning Glory had an idea. She would make an ask or dare book and magically bind all dragons except her to it.
Morning Glory grabbed a stone from her jar of enchantable objects.
"I enchant this object to bind all living dragons except Morning Glory to the caster's ask or dare book. Any question they are asked must be answered truthfully, and every dare must be fully executed. I also enchant this object to make sure all dragons affected by this spell instantly know about it."
The stone glowed brightly for a second, then dimmed.
(Readers, if you haven't already guessed, Morning Glory is an animus dragon.)
