Third Persons POV:

"Okay, let me get this straight. You think Uzi might like you because she tried to hold your hand while she was asleep?" V asked N sarcastically, incredulous at his reasoning. Well, actually, she could believe it—this was N, after all. "Yes! Exactly. Why else would she try to hold my hand?" N said, oblivious to how ridiculous it sounded.

"Ugh... She was asleep, idiot! You're so stupid," V responded in frustration. "Yeah, but that doesn't mean she wasn't aware at the moment... even if she was sleeping... It's still a possibility! It doesn't necessarily mean she likes me just because she tried to hold my hand-" N was cut off. "While she was sleeping," V interjected, trying to annoy him.

"I know that, V!" N shouted in frustration before sighing. "Anyway, what I'm trying to say is, whether she likes me or not, I think I'm starting to develop feelings for her myself," N admitted shyly. V looked at him as if he were joking and then began to laugh. Her laughter grew until she was practically hysterical. "You cannot be serious!" she said between laughs.

N didn't understand what was so funny. All he said was that he was developing feelings for... Uzi! I have to check on Uzi, he thought. Without another word, he darted out of the pod, taking off into flight. He flew to the entrance of the Worker Drone Bunker and knocked on the door. A worker opened it, and he rushed inside, heading straight to Uzi's place.

He knocked and was met face-to-face with Uzi's dad, whose name he didn't know. "Oh. Hello, Mr. Uzi! I'm here to see Uzi. Do you know where she is?" N asked. Khan looked at him with suspicion. "First, it's Mr. Doorman, not Mr. Uzi. Second, what business do you have with my daughter?" he demanded.

To him, N was just another pesky Murder Drone. N shuddered a bit. "Well, Mr. Doo—uh, Mr. Doorman, we're just friends, so if I could just—" He tried to squeeze past Khan. Khan blocked his way. "I don't think so. Don't try anything with my daughter." N nodded and gave his signature salute.

"Yes, sir, Mr. Doorman, sir!" N said. Khan sighed and rolled his eyes, clearly unimpressed. Picking up his mug of coffee and taking a sip. The room fell into an awkward silence, the tension hanging in the air. N took a deep breath, steadying himself. "Uh... Hey, Uzi? Can we talk for a sec?" he called out, his voice wavering slightly.
