!!!SPOILERS FOR THE 2009 FILM!!!
!!!SPOILERS FOR GAME OF SHADOWS!!!
-Watson discovered the question mark next to the "THE END" at the end of the page he was writting and knows it's Sherlock immediatley.
-Watson finds himself face-to-face with a disguised Sherlock one afternoon less than a month later, one thing leads to another and Watson ends up deciding that without him in Sherlock's life the detective is going to end up killing himself and thus they become partners (No not Johnlock, Mary's still here I'll get to her in a minute) again.
-221B becomes more of an office than a flat, Sherlock lives there but Watson only comes for work.
-Mary has mixed opinions about Watson rejoining Sherlock although she's happy the detective is alive.
-Speaking of which Sherlock doesn't really bother to hide the fact he's alive after Watson joins him again, although there was some backlash at first when he was spotted out and about as himself (cough cough Blackwood cough cough) Sherlock explains himself through the press and everything's as normal as it gets again.
-The duo have gone on a few cases ever since and now it's past 1891 (the year the second film is set in/the year Sherlock "died").
-Irene's still dead
-Moriarty's still dead
