The typical idea of romance has always been a mystery to me. While I was shown many different definitions of it I often still thought to myself 'What's the point'. The main point I've been able to is that this whole thing is a ton of work.

I would look up my paper white room and think about why would you put yourself through so much mental and emotional trouble to be with the one you love. If the emotions you hold are as important to you as you say then should you take better care of them and try to find ways to take it easy?

'Love doesn't always have to be hard'

In movies and romance novels of course. Where you hear 'They lived happily ever after' and the curtains close then of course. What happens after that though? Are they always happy? Can they truly enjoy each other's company 24/7 without any annoyance?

No.

I find that to be impossible. No matter how much you care for someone they'll always do something to annoy you. That's what many fail to understand. If by the definition of romance you are meant to be together then that means excepting every part of the other person. The good and the bad.

Every different face he or she has to share.

So then in the end is it all worth it? The work to get to the point of being that comfortable with another person? To open yourself up so much that they know every vulnerability you have? Is the trust in each other what makes you want to continue breathing?

This is where I'm stuck at. That feeling of relying on someone that much is very strange to me.

I personally have never felt anything close to the want to do that.

I do hope that where I'm headed next holds the answers that I'm looking for in regard to this. If two people are truly better than one I'd like you experience it for myself.

No matter how miserable the path may be...

April.

The entrance ceremony.

I was going to school on the bus, which shook every time it passed over a bumpy area of the road.

As I watched the landscape change from area to area, the passengers on the bus increased gradually.

Most of the passengers were wearing school uniforms.

Still though there was only one thought on my mind currently.

'I made a mistake by taking the bus.'

Even though I was able to secure a good seat, the cold wind was blowing towards me and the whole bus was crowded.

"Don't you think you should give up your seat?"

For a moment, I opened my eyes that were about to close.

Eh, by any chance, were you scolding me?

That's what I thought at first, but apparently the person in front of me was being talked to.

A young, well-built, blonde-haired man was sitting down in the priority seat. He seemed to be a highschool student as well. There was an old woman who was standing next to him and an office lady was next to the old woman.

"You there, can't you see the old woman having trouble?"

The office lady seemed to want him to hand over the priority seat to the old woman.

In the quiet bus, her voice got louder and attracted the attention of the other people in the bus. Soon everyone was looking towards their direction.

"That's a really crazy question, lady."
