One time max was talking to Roxanne (I hc them as friends, even after they broke up) and Roxanne asked max abt a mark on his neck and max immediately slapped his neck to cover it and went "oh I uh fell down the stairs" and his face went red. And she was like "mhm..sure" with a smug smile.
