Prologue

Prologue

“Harry!”

“What!,” Harry yelled back.

A blond boy came running to him. With a big backpack on his back which made him quite funny to see him running.

“Why are you going so fast?”

“Well Niall school starts and I want the best bed. So that’s why. Why aren’t you fighting?”

“Ryan dropped out early remember.”

“Yeah well doesn’t mean that no one else is replacing.”

Niall shrugged. “Then I don’t care which bed I get.”

After another five minutes they were standing in front of Harry’s dorm door. They same room as last year. He opened the door with his key. They looked around and saw that Harry’s roommate wasn’t there yet.

“So which bed?”, Niall asked looking at the beds.

“Same as last year.” Harry walked to the bed on the right side of the room.

“Didn’t Liam wanted that bed last year?”

“Do you see him?”

“No.”

“Then the bed is mine,” Harry said with a grin.

Niall smiled and shook his head.

“Are you gonna help me unpack or what?”, Harry asked looking at Niall who was still standing in the doorway.

Niall rolled his eyes and let his backpack fall onto the ground.

“Same as last year?”

“Just put them somewhere in the closet.”

For the past hour Niall had helped Harry unpack his stuff and organize his stuff.

“Okay, I think that’s about it,” Harry said when his suitcase was empty and all his stuff was placed.

“You wanna go to your room?”

“Yeah, I probably should get settled.”

Harry looked around the room to see if everything was in place and grabbed his keys.

“Okay let’s go,” Harry said.

Niall threw his backpack on his back and together they walked to his room.

“What time is the welcome speech?,” Niall asked while they walked.

Harry got a paper out of his pocket.

“Um, 5pm.”

Niall looked on his watch.

“Oo, well we have about 4 hours left.”

When they arrived they noticed that the door was slightly open.

“Look at that! Seems like you DO have a new roomie. So he got the first pick,” Harry teased.

Niall pushed the door open and looked around the room. He saw no one except for an open suitcase on one of the beds.

“Hello, is anyone in here? I’m Niall your roommate.”

They waited for a sound to respond but none came.

“I guess no one’s here.”

“But why would he leave the door open? With his stuff in his room? That’s just stupid.”
