As snow blankets the university yard and ice glazes the streets, Chavdar, concerned for Nani's safety, gives her a call. Nani answers, her voice tinged with apprehension as she explains her decision to skip lectures due to the treacherous conditions outside.

Chavdar: (worried) Nani, are you alright? I heard about the icy roads. Are you staying in today?

Nani: (nervously) Yeah, I don't think I'll be able to make it to lectures. The streets are covered in ice, and I'm worried about slipping and falling.

Chavdar's concern deepens, but he respects Nani's decision to prioritize her safety.

Chavdar: (reassuringly) That's understandable, Nani. Safety first. Do you need anything? I could come over and keep you company if you'd like.

Nani: (gratefully) That would be nice, Chavdar. But I don't want you to miss your lectures because of me. You can decide whether to stay with me or go to class.

Chavdar considers his options, torn between his desire to ensure Nani's well-being and his commitment to his studies.

Chavdar: (thoughtfully) I'll tell you what, Nani. I'll come over and we can spend some time together. If the weather clears up later, I'll head to lectures. How does that sound?

Nani: (smiling) That sounds perfect, Chavdar. Thank you for understanding.

Chavdar smiles back, relieved to have reached a compromise that allows him to support Nani while also fulfilling his academic responsibilities. As he bundles up and makes his way to Nani's dormitory, he feels grateful for their friendship and the mutual care and consideration they share.

As Chavdar enters Nani's room, he's greeted by the warmth of the heater and the inviting aroma of freshly made food. His eyes fall on Nani, sitting on her bed with a book in hand, a small smile playing on her lips. She looks up as he enters, and he can see the traces of worry lingering in her expression.

Chavdar: (softly) Nani, are you feeling okay?

Nani: (sighing) Yeah, I'm fine. I just... I knew I should've texted you, but I hesitated. I didn't think they'd clear the roads today, and I didn't want to drag you into this mess. But then I realized we always go to lectures together, and I thought maybe... maybe you were considering staying too, even though I know you're a brave man.

Chavdar's heart swells with affection for Nani's consideration and thoughtfulness, even in moments of uncertainty.

Chavdar: (smiling gently) Nani, you don't have to apologize. I'm glad I came over. And you were right, I was considering staying with you, especially when I saw the condition of the roads. But I didn't want you to feel alone. We're in this together.

Nani's eyes soften with gratitude as she reaches out to take his hand.

Nani: (sincerely) Thank you, Chavdar. I appreciate you being here with me.

Chavdar squeezes her hand reassuringly, a silent promise of support and friendship.

Chavdar: (softly) Always, Nani. Always. Now, let's enjoy this warm meal you've prepared. It looks delicious.

As they settle in together, sharing food and conversation, Chavdar feels a sense of warmth and comfort enveloping them both. Despite the wintry conditions outside, their friendship radiates a warmth that melts away any traces of doubt or worry.

As the day progresses, Chavdar and Nani discover through social media that the lectures have been canceled due to the weather conditions. With the holiday break looming ahead, Nani begins to consider packing her bags to head home. She turns to Chavdar with a hopeful expression, asking if he plans to accompany her.

Nani: (smiling) Chavdar, since the lectures are canceled and the holidays are approaching, I was thinking of heading home. Are you planning to come with me?

Chavdar considers her question for a moment before returning her smile with a nod of agreement.

Chavdar: (grinning) Yes, Nani, I'd love to go home with you. It'll be a nice break from the university and a chance to spend some time with family.

Nani's face lights up with happiness at his response, relieved and excited to have Chavdar by her side.

Nani: (enthusiastically) That's wonderful! It'll be so much fun to have you with me. Let's start packing.

As they begin to gather their belongings, the evening descends, casting a cozy glow over Nani's dorm room. Nani pauses in her packing to readjust the window blinds, and as she does, she turns to Chavdar with a sheepish smile, a hint of uncertainty in her voice.

Nani: (softly) Chavdar, um... I was wondering... Are you planning to stay the night? I need to know if I should lock my door. And, um, I hope you don't mind, but... it's just a single bed.

Chavdar's heart skips a beat at her question, a warmth spreading through him at the thought of spending the night with Nani, even if it means sharing a small bed.

Chavdar: (smiling warmly) Nani, I would love to stay the night. And I don't mind the single bed at all. We've shared tighter spaces before.

Nani's face flushes with relief and gratitude as she returns his smile, a sense of contentment settling over them both. As they finish packing and prepare for the journey home, Chavdar feels a deep sense of happiness knowing that he'll be spending the night with Nani, their friendship blossoming into something more with each passing moment.
