Since this is the MHA verse you are technically quirkless just like Peter but since you wear a mask the public assumes it is your quirk so you decided to call your "quirk" mutant. I'm excluding miles when I say quirkless because I think his bio electricity could count as a quirk and he just got the spider powers the same way you and Peter did. Since you also need a license to be a hero in this verse you Peter and Miles as the spider-men are considered vigilantes. Vigilantes that never kill. Since you three don't kill the public is not afraid of you guys and actually supports your acts of heroism/vigilantism. Some heroes however have conflicted feelings as some are strictly by the book, while they do appreciate what you do they still view you as a threat since you are not licensed heroes and will not hesitate to try and arrest you.
