**START**

It was the year 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic hit the Philippines, particularly the NCR.

Everything was put on hold. Everything seemed to stop. Life became simpler. Transportation is very limited—almost none.

Everybody was forced to stay at home.

SB19 is not an exemption. 

Pablo, Stell, Josh, Ken, and Justin went home and decided not to see each other for safety reasons until declared safe. All their plans were put on hold. They are still communicating with each other through social media platforms, especially Stell and Justin, who's very active in engagements.

Ken, Josh, and Pablo were focused more on gaming. Well, Josh is very active in Bardagulan too.

Ken is typically quiet, not unless he's in the mood. He's not that active in their GC's as well. So it surprised Justin when, after three weeks of not talking, Ken chatted with him through Messenger.

Ken and Justin have hidden feelings for each other, even during their trainee days.

Ken has been wanting to message Justin so bad. Justin has been waiting for Ken's message so bad.

It was already 12 m.n.

**convo thru messenger**

Ken: "Jah." 

Justin: "Oh, Ken! Long time no chat ah! Kilala mo pa pala ako? Kumusta?"

Ken: "Jah pa nga lang sinabi ko." 

Justin: "Ay, sorry ha. Hahahaha! Natuwa lang ako kasi tagal kitang di nakausap. Kahit kasi sa GC natin di ka naman nagsi-seen." 

Ken: "Jah." 

Justin: "Ken, kanina ka pa Jah ng Jah. Ano ba sasabihin mo?" 

Ken: "Miss na kita." 

Justin was shocked by what Ken said. He holds his cellphone with his two hands at idinikit yun sa dibdib niya. Then he looked at the message again, but what he saw next made him chuckle.

Ken: (Ken Suson unsent a message)

'Akala niya naman di ko pa nabasa. Muntik na ako mapareply ng I miss you too eh' Justin thought. 

Justin: "Ano Ken? Kanina ka pa typing dyan" he said instead. 

Ken: "Wala. Matulog ka na Jah, late na. Goodnight." 

Justin: "Goodnight Ken." 

That night, Justin slept with a happy heart. On the other hand, Ken was not able to sleep. Nagsisisi siyang nag hold back pa siya. He thought that it's not a good idea to unsend the message because he really misses Justin.

The next day, nighttime came again. Justin was already lying on his bed when he received a message from Ken. 

Ken: "Jah"

Justin: "Yes Ken?"

Ken: "Di ako makatulog." 

Justin: "Hmm. Okay. How can I help?" 

Ken: "Tutulog ka na?"

Justin: "Not yet." 

Justin lied. Actually, he was very sleepy already until he received Ken's message. A feeling of excitement runs through his system upon reading Ken's name in his notification.
