Tabby, Imogen and I just got to school to put up Imogen's Spirit Queen posters when we looked around and saw Karen's trashed posters.
"What the absolute fuck?" I asked them. Principal Clanton walked up to us.
"You three my office, now!" I raised an eyebrow as we followed the Principal. We went to his office and I let Tabby and Imogen sit down. I stood in between them. He started yelling at us about destroying property.
"Uh sir, this wasn't us." I told him.
"Oh and I'm just supposed to believe you?" Principal Clanton asked.
"Yes because we've never been in trouble before so why all of sudden would we do this? Please make it make sense." I said. Tabby grabbed my hand. Principal Clanton stood up and glared at me. "Check the cameras." I said with a smirk.
"For your blatant disrespect two weeks detention." I scoffed.
"Yeah I'm not going." I said. I walked to the door. "I'll do a week and that's it. See ya sis. Love you." I heard Tabby giggle.
"Love you too." I went to class and I went to detention. I met up with my sister and Imogen.
"The cute ones here." I said as I walked in late. Tabby and Imogen smiled when they saw me. The three other girls gave me amused smiles.
"Ms. Hayworth, you're late." Mrs McCormick said as I walked in. I put on my innocent smile.
"Oh I'm so sorry. I went to the restroom. I know how you feel about us asking during." She gave me a smile.
"It's quite alright dear." I smiled at her. "You watch over them."
"Will do." She turned back to everyone else and I made a face at my sister and she bit her lip to stop herself from laughing.
"One hour ladies." She turned to walk out and I gave her another smile and she pinched my cheek. "So cute." She walked out and closed the door. I turned to my sister.
"So where were you really?" Tabby asked me. I smirked and walked over to her.
"Studying." I said.
"Oh is that what we're calling it?" Imogen asked. I shrugged playfully and sat next to Tabby. "Which girl were you "studying" with?"
"Bad bitches never kiss and tell." I told her and flipped my hair over my shoulder. Imogen and Tabby both looked at me with smirks.
"You'll tell us later?" Tabby asked.
"Oh for sure." The three of us laughed. After a while, I noticed the hispanic girl glancing at me every so often. I smirked to myself as I played with Tabby's hair. All the girls were saying why they were here and I felt eyes on me. I looked up to see them all staring at me. "Oh I got blamed for the posters too. If I wanted to destroy Karen, I would have done something completely different. Posters are so elementary." I waved off.
"Maybe we need to be the ones to destroy her." Imogen said. "Like you said Beasley's a bitch." I smirked. "Yes Tate, you can go full bitch." I clapped. The hispanic girl smiled at me.
"Okay so I have so many ideas." I said excitedly.
"I have never seen someone so excited to destroy people." The shy girl said and I giggled.
"Well Karen did put me as intersex last year so I've been planning her down fall." I said.
"But didn't that work in your favor?" The black girl said. I smirked at her.
"I like you." She smirked at me. I learned their names and Noa is most definitely my type. I was going over my ideas in my head.
"What are you thinking about?" Noa asked as we walked out of detention. We were behind everyone.
"Our first date." Noa blushed.
"Ask me that when you cut off your hoes. I don't like to share." My jaw dropped slightly as she walked away.
"Twin, you good?" Tabby asked.
"I'm definitely marrying her." I said. I heard Noa laugh. That is now my new favorite sound.
