Ah. Sipping warm chocolate milk in this weather really just hits different. I've been absorbed in my duties and missions that I even forgot how chocolate milk tastes like. Man I gotta loosen up some more these days.

I head over to my chair near the window, before I stopped and turned around. "Powerful power levels concentrated in one area are heading this way.." I mumbled loudly. Suddenly, the ground beneath me started to rumble before it came to a halt. A knock then approached my door, causing me to flinch and look at that direction. Man, just when I thought I could have some peace of mind, some random people just came and shows up, great. What's bothering me is how one of their power levels reminds of Mel. Though it may just be my imagination. It has been 16 years after all.

I headed for the door and opened it, to be greeted by Mel's huge, warm smile, along with some other people behind him. "Well, well, well" he started, "Looks like I wasn't wrong after all." he cheerfully said as a bigger smile decorated his chubby face. "How long has it been, (y/n/n)?" he then asked, causing tears to form in my eyes.

"How are you here? And why?" I asked, not trying to hide the fact that I'm delighted to see him after 16 years.

"Weeelll.." he muttered, looking behind him to avoid eye contact with me.

"Well?"

"We sorta need your help on something.." he said, keeping his gaze away from mine, his voice trailing off, hesitant on whatever he needs to ask me. "I'll lend my help depending on the situation, Mel" I replied back, "So, what's the issue now?'

"The ten commandments have been released from the seal." he bluntly said, turning to me, now with a serious look on his face.

The delighted feeling I felt after seeing him for so long just a moment ago all disappeared as I replied with a deadpanned expression on my face, "I told you, it depends on the situation. Anything but that. Plus how does this concern me again?"

"Look, I know you said you're tired but please... we need you.." That look his face is making. Haven't seen it in so long. "Plus.." he went in closer to me and whispered something in my ear, leaving me flabbergasted.

"Just... this once.." I then gave in. A huge smile decorated his face once more and his eyes, sparkles dancing, locked themselves with mine. "But, don't think I'll listen to every order you give, because like I said, it depends on the situation."

"Thanks, (y/n/n)!! I knew I could always count on you!!" he happily exclaimed as he hugged me out of no where.

So, they finally returned, huh. I wonder, how far have they fallen after being sealed away for more than 3,000 years.. Will they still be the ten commandments this land once feared? Or will it only remain a history — a fearsome legend to scare little kids? The curiosity brought a small smirk on my face.

"Uhh, captain? Is she the person you said you wanted to meet that can help us?" I hear one of his companions ask. From the magic power his body is emanating, I'd say he's a fairy. Not any ordinary fairy at that.

"She's gorgeous!!" another voice exclaimed, a high pitched one this time, meaning it's a girl. I turned to her direction and sensed a different magic level emanating from her.
