19: Producer

{{Spoiler: this chapter is more like a blog if you understand what I mean. I tried incorporating the lifestyle of a producer but making it entertaining of course! I know this isn't everyone's cup of tea but I think it gives off a different vibe and it's pretty relaxing too so. Enjoy!}}

Yoongi's POV
Today was the first day of work. I was excited. Not only because I could see Jimin but because I could follow my dream and not follow my father's footsteps/dream.

I hurriedly get out of bed and got ready.
Jimin said there was no dress code and I could decide if I wanted to dress casual or formal. But I decided to go for a dark gray button up shirt and some black wide trousers. I wanted to be comfortable but still look professional since it is my first day and I'm also a secretary and not only a producer.

I styled my hair quickly and rushed cause I didn't want to be late on my first day though I was tired.

Jimin's POV
I was working out when I see Yoongi barge in, causing me to flinch but I regained my professionalism and spoke
"Yoongi is everything alright? Your 45min early"

I could see Yoongi shocked expression.
"45? I-I thought ... I was.. late"
He said catching his breath in-between

I looked at him
If you want you can join my workout session. C'mon. Don't be a lazy ass
As I saw Yoongi groan I chuckled
"Fineee"

We worked out until 8.45am and with the remaining 15 minutes we decided to rest and I ordered coffee for both of us.
Then I spoke to him about the schedule

"Okay so ...
9-12 am you'll be doing your job as my secretary
12am- 2pm you have a two hour lunch break just like everyone else
2pm - 10pm You will be producing but in-between I may call you since your my secretary and you have to come help.

Oh and some people might find this too much work or something of that sort so if you have any complaints please tell me. Even the most nonsense ones. I want my employees to have a comfortable and stress-free job"

Author POV
Yoongi nod. And Jimin was true to his words he provided everyone's needs and made them feel comfortable and stress-free, including Yoongi of course! But one part was a bit overwhelming which was..

Yoongi had to debut a new girl group "Love D!ve" which consisted 6 members. [[Thank you for noticing the IVE reference]]

He worked together with another producer Lee Minwoo. They quickly became friends. But soon after Minho started getting closer to Yoongi.

Jimin also noticed this and he could find himself getting jealous he tried to cool down and be 'professional' but every fucking time Jimin wanted to talk to Yoongi. That bastard Lee fucking Minwoo was with him.
Of coure they were coworkers and worked together but Jimin felt jealous Everytime though he knew that.

A couple days later
(I actually hate 'time skips' but I had no choice to do it Soo sorry)
One day Jimin suddenly walked in the producing room to check how everything is going. When suddenly his eyes landed on Minwoo who was disgustingly close and leaning his head in Yoongi's shoulder. NOT TO MENTION one hand was on his upper thigh.

Jimin frowned and spoke in a stern, cold tone
"Am I interrupting something?"

Yoongi looked up
"Oh Jimin sir.. no you aren't...
Do you need anything sir?"

"No I was just checking how everything is going. Looks like it's going well so I'll be leaving now" Jimin gave a fake smile as he replied. When he walked out he did a subtle eye roll.
Yoongi could sense something was wrong. Jimin was behaving coldly but he didn't think much of it and just continued working. Even though he wanted to know what the hell was going on with Jimin..

A/n: YASSS I finally finished this chapter. Sorry y'all was procrastinating a lot but I'll upload more often soon!! Anyways I did the life of a producer but it isn't very detailed since.. DUH I'M NOT A PRODUCER even though I still added a conflict/drama whatever my English teacher would call it but I hope you guys like it
