So, in case you missed the drama, Wattpad refused to restore KALANK because apparently, it had violent scenes—shocking, right? A mystery/thriller book having violence? Unbelievable! But like the utterly shameless person I am, I emailed them again because, let’s be real, logic isn’t their strong suit. Now, will they restore it? Who knows! Maybe they’ll flip a coin, consult the stars, or just ignore me like a toxic ex.

But guess what? They did give me permission to republish SECRET & SCARS—with a catch. Of course, there had to be one! They demanded major changes before I even dared to bring this book back. So yes, the storyline has changed slightly (not fully, because I have some self-respect left).

Now, if you think your brain is messed up, just imagine mine right now. I am frustrated beyond limits, my mental state is hanging by a thread, and yet, here I am—giving you another Trigger Warning before this book kicks off again. So, read this with your eyes WIDE OPEN.

Now, let’s get one thing straight:

I am a soft romance writer—tattoo this on your forehead if you have to. But this book? It’s a rom-com with some violent scenes (yes, I dared). If you’re uncomfortable, then kindly get lost—I’m not forcing you to read.

Additional warnings because some of you love acting clueless:

Marital rape (NOT by the MMC, so calm down).

Bipolar characters—because perfect, saintly characters bore me.

Violent scenes—since I love my spice with a side of bloodshed.

Toxicity, manipulation, and gray morality—because reality isn’t all rainbows and butterflies.

•Also, do NOT drop your book links in my personal space. This is not a free advertising agency.

•No Cheating / Other Woman-Other Man Drama – My characters may be chaotic, but they aren’t clowns. If you’re expecting the usual "he flirts with another woman, she cries, then he grovels" cliché, sorry to disappoint. Not happening. ( But remember this book will have widow bride troop)

•Dramatic AF – This book has DRAMA. If you want a peaceful, no-conflict story, I hear bedtime stories are great for that.

• I Am NOT a Professional Writer – Expect spelling, grammar, and typos—and NO, I don’t need your unsolicited editing advice. You’re here for the story, not to grade my English paper.

•Do NOT Compare My Characters – If you start saying, "Oh, but in XYZ book, the male lead did this…"—STOP. Sometimes scenes match, but not writing style, so keep this thing in ur mind.

• Don’t Even THINK About Copying – I have bloodhound instincts when it comes to plagiarism. Try me, and I’ll find you faster than your mom finds out you skipped school.

And before anyone whines that I’m being rude—congratulations! You’re right.

I am done. My mind is fucked up badly from this Wattpad drama for the past four days, and I’ve hit my frustration limit. So no, I’m not sugarcoating anything.
