Age: 3-4:

After Katsuki got his quirk, Izuku got more and more excited for his Quirk too manifest. He would hold out his hand trying to pull tings to himself or blow out air in hope that he would be able to breathe fire. But nothing happened. Maybe he had a different Quirk?

And while Izuku was waiting for his quirk. Akari got a visit form The Hero Public Safety Commission who said they wanted to train her to become a hero.

"Mrs. Midoriya we would like for your daughter to join our hero training program for youngsters. The program will teach her to control her Quirk and also train her to be a hero that can use the full capacities of a Quirk like hers. We will of course provide her with housing and the best education in the country along with everything else she would need and also a substantial stipend to her family. There are other children in this program so she would not be the only one, and one even has some telekinetic capacities so we already have some experience with her type of Quirk." The Commission agent said confidently, sounding like a sleazy businessman.

"Housing? She would live there?" Her mom asked unsure twisting the fabric of her skirt at the thought of having her young daughter living away, who would soothe her nightmares?

"Yes, We find that having the children living at the training facility gives the best result. That way they can focus fully on their training and studies, while also being mentored by the best suited heroes." He answered her mom and handing her a pamphlet on the training program.

Feeling like something was off, Wanda looked over at her mom who was busy reeding the information pamphlet he had given to her. So she waved two fingers of the hand resting by her thigh on the couch and let some of her power travel secretly from her fingers to his head and entered his mind.

Turns out The Commission is as shady as Hydra, Turning useful heroes and now children to assassins and spies while protecting the image of heroes that were less than stellar just because they were popular. And also pretending they aren't a power hungry government organization. Been there, done that... Not interested in the trauma...

So Akari manipulated his mind to think her Quirk wasn't as impressive in reality as it was on paper, and to delete her info from their interest list when he went back to The Commission. She also used him as a virus everyone he came in contact with would get the same manipulation, a nice trick she learned she could do because of Westview. Her powers where borderline sentient and often acted on intent, mostly to protect her but could also be more problematic if she didn't have control of her emotions.

Hopefully it would be enough and they wouldn't be back. But if they did they would meet The Scarlet Witch...

"I don't want to leave you and Izuku" she told her mom "I'll go to UA with Izu and Kat when I'm older, if I want to be a hero..." she would also keep an eye on The Commission, sooner or later they would leave behind something that she could use to pull a SteveRogers and expose them to the world.

Their fourth birthday came and went. The situation of Izukus Quirk or lack of Quirk started to become more worrying as the time passed and Izuku was the only one in their kindergarten class that didn't manifest a Quirk, so mom took him to a Quirk specialist while aunty Mitsuki and Akari had a girls day.

They spent the whole day together baking, having fun and going shopping. Akira loved spending time with aunty, but she was worried about Izuku. She had felt his shock trough the bound she had with him earlier today but then nothing but numbness.

The closer they got to home the easier it was for Akari to enter his mind and find out what had happened.

Akira jumped out of the car the moment it stoped and took flight up to their apartment. Finding the room her twin was in, she opened the window and flew to him. The scene playing over and over in his head broke her heart.
