Anti-Entropy Research Lab, America

The air was cool and sterile, filled with the faint hum of machinery and the flickering glow of countless monitors. Welt Yang, the esteemed leader of Anti-Entropy, walked through the corridors with a measured pace. His thoughts were heavy, weighed down by the decision he knew he had to face today. He reached a heavily secured door, guarded by the most advanced technologies Anti-Entropy had to offer.

Welt paused for a moment, gathering his resolve before entering the room. The door slid open with a soft hiss, revealing a dimly lit chamber dominated by an imposing block of ice at its center. Inside the ice was a figure of haunting beauty and power-Lynel Arterius, the Herrscher of Space. His pink hair, adorned with glowing blue strands, and the intricate patterns on his coat and bodysuit were clearly visible, even through the thick ice.

Welt approached the frozen figure, his heart heavy with the weight of their shared past. He reached out, placing his hand gently against the ice, feeling a cold that was as much emotional as it was physical. "Lynel," he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper, "my old friend... we've come so far, yet here we are, still trapped in the consequences of our choices."

The door behind him opened again, and two women entered the room. Lieserl Albert Einstein and Frederica Nikola Tesla, the brilliant scientists and founders of Anti-Entropy, approached with a mixture of determination and concern etched on their faces.

"It's about time we finally released him," Einstein stated, her voice steady and confident, yet tinged with a hint of anticipation.

Tesla nodded in agreement, her eyes fixed on Lynel. "We've prepared everything. The containment procedures, the safety measures-we're ready for this, Welt. We need his power. The Honkai threat is growing stronger every day."

Welt turned to face them, his expression conflicted. He knew they were right. Lynel's power as the Herrscher of Space was unparalleled, and their alliance with him, however temporary, could tip the scales in humanity's favor. Yet, the memories of their past battles and the immense danger Lynel posed to both allies and enemies alike made the decision all the more difficult.

"Not yet," Welt said firmly, shaking his head. "We can't risk it. Lynel is unpredictable. His motives, while seemingly aligned with ours for now, could change at any moment. We need to be absolutely certain that we can control the situation before we release him."

Einstein frowned, her analytical mind already considering the implications of Welt's hesitation. "Welt, every day we wait, the Honkai grows stronger. Our resources are stretched thin. Lynel's abilities could provide the breakthrough we need to turn the tide."

Tesla stepped forward, her voice more urgent. "Welt, we've known Lynel for a long time. Despite his enigmatic nature, there was always a part of him that cared for humanity. We need to believe in that part of him now, more than ever."

Welt's gaze softened as he looked back at Lynel's frozen form. "I know," he said quietly. "I know that better than anyone. But we must be cautious. The Herrscher of the Void, our enemies-they won't hesitate to exploit any weakness, any moment of indecision. Until we have a foolproof plan to ensure Lynel's cooperation and control, we can't afford to take this risk."

Einstein and Tesla exchanged a look, understanding the gravity of Welt's concerns. They nodded reluctantly, acknowledging the wisdom in his caution.

"Very well," Einstein said, her tone resigned but respectful. "We'll continue our preparations and monitor the situation closely. But remember, Welt, time is not on our side."

Tesla added, "We'll support you in whatever decision you make. Just promise us that when the time comes, you won't hesitate to do what's necessary."

Welt nodded, turning his attention back to Lynel. "I promise," he said softly. "For now, we wait. But when the time is right, Lynel, I will release you. And together, we will fight for humanity, no matter the cost."
