Anyways, I'm finally out for summer. My school gets out a bit later than everyone else's, we got out of June 26th. Hopefully I should be able to write all summer though, so there's a plus! :P

Clarissa

"Okay," I said, finally walking out of the room that I had locked myself in for a few hours, facing him now.

I had needed some time to think about what he said.

"We have something, Clarissa."

Those words played over and over in my head. How could he think that so soon?

But now that I thought about it- I agreed with him.

He stood there, outside my door, waiting for me to say more. My thoughts had distracted me from the fact that we were standing there in silence.

"Okay, Ha- Andre, I feel it too." I said, once again looking down, afraid to meet his eyes with mine.

When he didn't say anything, I was forced to look up, just to see his face, looking extremely relieved and happy.

He started walking toward me quickly, just as quick as I walked backward.

But then, just like in the movies, with my stupid luck, my back hit the wall.

He stopped right in front of me, placing his arm above my head, leaning on it.

He was staring right at me.

I fought to somehow push words out of my mouth- something to stop him from kissing me, yet again.

"But, that doesn't mean we get to act on it." I looked down again, placing a firm hand on his chest, pushing him a few steps away.

He looked slightly hurt, but I was distracted a few seconds after by my phone. (Yes, he bought me an iPhone.)

It was ringing in my pocket.

I awkwardly pointed to it. "I'm gonna just.. take this.."

I walked back into my room, once again leaving him standing in his place, frozen, as if I was still standing there.

Perhaps he was thinking.

Closing the door behind me, I answered my phone to hear an automated message.

"If you are Clarissa Mayfield, please press one."

With confusion all over my face, I pressed one.

"Hello." A serious, yet chirpy female voice talked to me on the other side of the phone.

"Uh, Hello.. You were looking for Clarissa Mayfield?" Good god, please save me from jail or something.

I mean, what was this about? Do you ever get those moments where you think of all the bad things that you could be being called for?

Well, I'm living that full-blown right now.

"Yes, I am. So, you performed at the festival a few nights ago, correct?" She remained very calm through the whole sentence, but part of me told me to calm down  because she sounded nice enough.

"Uh, y-yes. I did. Um, also, may I ask how you got my phone number? I mean, I just got this phone an-" My voice was shaky, but she cut me off.

"I have my ways, Clarissa. I know who you are. I know your secret. I know where you're living, and I know your past." Her voice was very dark, and quiet now.
