“Mum, are you sure that I’m going to like it at Hogwarts? Can I not go to one of the other schools?” Sidney whined as Talia straightened out his plain robes. “Sidney Orion John Snape, you're Great Grandmother would be very upset if you don't attend. Besides, Dad’s going to be there and he would be very upset if you don't attend our old alma mater.” Talia smiled as she ruffled his hair. “Do you have to full name me?” Sidney groaned as he batted his mother's hand away. “Look, Sid, I'm going to be straight with you. At first you're going to be nervous and that's perfectly normal, but you're going to have so much fun and you're going to make so many new friends, learn lots of cool things” Talia sighed as she positioned herself to her son's height. Sidney bit his lip in thought before rasing his eyes to meet his mother's. “Do you know if Buckbeak will be there? For Care of Magical Creatures?” “Buckbeak? No as I'm sure he's fairly old by now but I'm sure they’ll have plenty of other Hippogriffs there and anyway you won't be studying Care of Magical Creatures right away not at least until your third year” Talia reminded him as she made a mental note to curse her father out later. “Lia, he’s going to be late if you don't get him on the train and settled into a carriage now” Neville called from the doorway of a carriage. “Yep, got it. Thanks Neville!” Talia called with a wave of her hand. “This is gonna be so weird, I know so many of the Professors already but I won't be able to call them what I do at home, am I?” Sidney sighed as he picked up his trunk and his owl. “No, you won't but your father has set aside time for him to come and check on you later today to see how you've settled in after your first day. And I'm sure Grandma Minnie will call you into her office as well. Right, hop on this back carriage and make your way through until you see someone you know. I'm sure Scorpius is already on the train and maybe you can sit with him” Talia smiled as she gave him a hand onto the closest carriage. “Thanks Mum, I'll see you at Christmas!” Sidney yelled as the train slowly began pulling out of the station.
