"Iswarya, do you know Maya? ", Shalini asked her.
"She's my junior in college.", she replied. I'm in awestruck. I gazed at her, no words coming out of my mouth. I am paralyzed inside. But I should say something. I don't want to get embarrassed.
"Hi..How are you?", I asked keeping my hands in my pocket to cover my shaky hands.
"I'm fine. Nice to see you. You changed a lot but good change", she said giving me thumbs up with her fascinating smile.
"Thank you. You too", I said. She smiled.
"So, I'll see you around? ", she asked.
" Sure", I said exhaling and she left. I watched her go without even blinking my eyes. Wow! She looks stunning. No makeup. Nothing artificial. Natural beauty. I'm not gonna describe her. But she's the most beautiful person in this world. So guys, think of someone you think is beautiful in your eyes. I couldn't take my eyes off her. She's going, going and gone.
"Is that Ishu-Ishu? ", Adi asked nudging me. Wow! He remembers the name. I just nodded. He said about Ishu to Shalini.
"Whoo, we have to get ready for next marriage", Shalini said shaking my shoulder from behind.
"I wish she's not straighter than your straightened hair", I said exhaling.
"We'll see. I'll help'", she said. God, this girl of my brother is a godsend too.
"You better do that", I said sternly yet funnier. Three of us parted ways. Adi and Shalini to their rooms andI couldn't wait to tell about Ishu to my friends. I couldn't find them. So I texted my group. And they said they were in the terrace. I sprinted to terrace. I saw them sitting on one of the couch. I ran and sat on the couch with them.
"Guys, do you know who is here? ", I asked excitedly.
" You me and Sam", Maddy said shrugging his shoulder and Sam grinned. He's a dead meat. But I laughed.
"Very funny", I laughed clapping my hands. They both saw me weirdly. Because I would never appreciate these kinda jokes but I couldn't stop but laugh now, the reason is Ishu.
" Maya, are you okay? Do you need to see a doctor? ", Sam asked concerned.
" God. No. It's her. She's here", I said catching my breath. God, I'm losing my mind.
"Come here. Calm down first", Sam said loosening my tie and calming me down. I felt like a child when she did that.
" Talk now. Who's here?", Sam asked folding her hands. I exhaled before I spoke.
