In your room, on your phone, you were looking at your social media app and saw that many people are talking about either a famous artist or a man who is most likely to win a political election.
"Every day, it's the same thing. Guess people only follow what they believe is more important than other."
Your head began to hurt as you began hearing voices and started seeing the room distorting. You held your head in pain before swallowing a few pills with water. The pain slowly began to go away and the voices quieted down as the room slowly became less distorted.
"Those were my last ones."
The doorbell rang, and you went to check it out. Finding no one outside, you checked the mailbox and found an envelope with no return address.
You brought it inside and went back to your room to read it since it's most likely a shady one. After opening it, you found a note that read "Go to this place and meet the apothecary that conducts her business there", along with an address.
"I'm guessing this place has a doctor, which is the more present term for Apothecary," you thought.
You headed to the address and ended up in an alley with a cafe and a bunch of other shops. Seeing the clinic, you entered it and saw a punk-looking woman sitting in front of a bunch of supplies.
"Hello," she said. "Is this your first visit?"
"Yep."
"So, what are you here for?"
"I've been having nightmares recently. They've been happening pretty often at that."
"Fine. Please head to the examination room."
You went to the examination room and gave her a story about how you are having realistic nightmares to keep her from thinking you have gone crazy.
"In your case," she continued, "it's probably due to stress. I need to restock the pain relievers, so how about I just give you some sleeping pills? Sleep is the best medicine anyway."
You were about to say something, but she held out a letter describing someone visiting.
"I didn't send you that," you said, holding out your own letter, "I got a letter of my own."
She looked at the letter and was surprised.
"Seriously? Well, I don't know if this is a prank, but I'm not liking this very much. But you seem like a good kid, however."
"Thank you. Well, do you have anything that has these ingredients?" you asked, holding up a sheet of paper holds up a piece of paper, listing the names of three ingredients.
"Actually, yeah. I got a box of them. Give me a minute."
She left for a few minutes and came back with a few pill bottles.
"Here you go. Look, can we keep this our little secret?"
"Okay, I guess."
"Good. Well thank you for visiting. Stay safe on your way home."
You nodded and left the clinic.
"Who sent us those letters?" you asked yourself. "How did she have these?"
