Chapter XV: Unexpected Pain.

Abigail:

Date: July 15, 2020.

The next day, I helped out the Night Runners Division as I usually did every time without any sort of problems throughout the entire day. But sometime in the early afternoon, I began to feel, off… off in the sense as if something bad was going to happen not to the forest, but rather to me and if it wasn't going to happen tomorrow and some time in the future, then it would come to my sense that something painful would happen to me that day and I would have no idea about it.

As I made it back to the Night Runners from a patrol, I began to feel a sharp pain go right through my head as if someone stabbed my brain with a knife or shot a bullet straight through my head, but there was no knife or gun in sight in order to make me experience such a pain that would kill me instantly if it were to happen and I would be able to tell the story like I am right now. No, it was rather the sharp pain of a migraine, one of the worst feelings in the world and this was not the first time I was experiencing a migraine and the ones I did experience in the past weren't as bad as the one I was experiencing at that moment was far worse than any other pain I had felt in the past. I was on my knees, screaming out: "Shit! What the fuck is happening to me? Why am I all of a sudden feeling such an unbearable pain in my brain?! Somebody please fucking help me!"

Then I could hear the unbearable sound of ringing in my ears to the point where they were almost deafening and I felt another sharp pain in my gut which cause me to fall to the ground and curl up into a ball, knowing that this sort of pain was something that I could not fight against even if I tried to but all that I could manage to do was create a portal leading outside of the camp and crawl towards where I would find myself outside of the camp on the other side and away from the rest as I writhed on in agony. What is happening to me? Just then, I rolled over onto my chest and pushed myself up with my arms and I began coughing profusely where I coughed up a strange black substance onto the ground and the left part of my eye went pitch black out of nowhere and everything I saw on the left part of my eye was highlighted in the same shade of light blue as my eyes, something I inherited from my mother which she had inherited from her father –my maternal grandfather– while the right side of my eye was completely normal. The ringing noise had eventually stopped, but I was still in a sheer amount of pain as before.

"Oh, my god, Abby!" I heard Bellatrix's voice called out as he ran up to me. "Oh, no, Abby, are you all right?" He asked me. I turned over to face her and I moaned: "Fetch the healers and fast."

Bellatrix: "I'm on it right now! I'll be right back with FlowerPetal, SnowPelt, and AmberPool, just hang in there while I go get them!"

Then she back to the Division to grab the healers and tried to hang on tightly as she went to grab them. Oh, God, I feel like I'm gonna throw up. Oh my god, I can feel it crawling up my throat. I used my arms to push myself up once more as I threw up the same black substance as before. Then I lopped my head back onto the hard earth, breathing heavily while coughing up the same back substance all while it dripped out of my mouth and even from my nose as well and I was just coughing in between all while the agonizing pain in my head and stomach intensified once more which then spread to my limbs and torso which made the pain even more worse than it was beforehand.

"She's over here!" Bella's voice called and she ran towards me with FlowerPetal, SnowPelt, and AmberPool follow behind her. SnowPelt came up to me and said: "Abigail, we were informed by Bellatrix that you were in serious pain and began to cough up a strange bpack substance which we can see. Is this ture?"

Abigail: "Yes…… it is. Help me please…"

SnowPelt: "We'll be right on it and fast, Abigail."

Bellatrix: "Abigail, what we are going to do is this: I am going to try and figure out where theproblem is and see what herb we will have to use in order to help you out."
