"Nightshade! Hunter!" Linda said their names loudly as she placed a metal bowl with a pound of meat in it into Leo's cage and then placed the same thing into Taurus's cage.
"How long has it been since we've gotten here?" The lion asked lazily as he practically crawled to the food. Linda soon left the room to go somewhere else.
"Approximately, it's been four weeks since our arrival." Taurus replied, she too was lazy from the lack of exercise and longing for adventure.
"Ughhhh, when will that Max let us out to do anything? I can't stare at blank walls for the rest of my darn life!" Leo snarled, kicking the bowl to the wall on his side. Taurus was surprised he only ate half of the meat, yesterday he only ate a quarter of it.
"Oh shut up! Never knew how much lions complained." She muttered under her breath, eating her meat slowly.
"What was that Silent Killer?" He growled, unsheathing his claws.
"Nothing, Country Destroyer." Taurus murmured, rolling her eyes.
Suddenly the metal doors on the white wall in front of them opened, Dr. Max Well came in with two other people dressed in white jackets like him.
"Finally-" Leo started but soon the panther hissed, interrupting him.
"We don't know what he's planning." She snapped.
"Right..." He sighed, looking back at Dr. Well.
"Ah, hello my dearys! How about we take you both in the lab for a little...experimenting?" The doctor suggested sinisterly, the two large cats gasped in horror.
"But sir, they're not animals used for testing and you know the law-" One of the men in a white jacket began.
