He was outside in the ministry lake. Not even joking copia and the other members of the cleargy went looking for him everywhere and he was just standing out there in the lake, butt naked (he just came from hell, get your mind out of the gutter). When they brought him inside, with a towel to warm him up he just sat on the chair copia got him and blinked. His English wasn't great so he didn't want to speak. If he didn't was broken English, he got better though.
