Dragon's treasure final chapter: Tohru & Kanna

(No POV)

A catastrophe, a war, Armageddon or even a fight worthy of a kaiju film. This was how many people would describe that afternoon's event. At first, they all continued to fight in human form, but that was annoying and only prevented the inevitable. When they got tired of beating and enduring the existence of their enemies, they no longer cared about order, chaos or human laws. They all assumed their dragon forms, their true forms and destroyed everything.

Tohru had someone to count on in the middle of that fight, the small and young Kana, despite being the youngest and weakest among everyone there, but was still very powerful and working with the powerful Tohru by her side it was only a matter of time until they won. In the middle of the attack, a small figure of a dragon they didn't know appears spitting a large flame. Tohru just dodged while pulling Kanna to avoid being hit by the flames, after that all she knew was that unknown dragon who was quickly torn apart by Tohru.

Now Tohru and Kanna had their precious (y/n) all to themselves. And carrying him on her shoulders, Tohru carried her precious baby Dragon like a literal baby. And Kanna followed her in the middle of the destroyed city.

(1 day later (y/n) pov)

I tried to struggle but I couldn't get out, Tohru had tied me to a bed and now I couldn't get out, she would appear every now and then with a plate of strange meat although it tasted good. But even though she was trying to spoil me or make me feel good about her, I didn't speak a single word to her. She herself had admitted that she had killed my mother and father. She seemed angry when she brought this topic up, but it wasn't because she seemed regretful about what she did, it seemed more because I still remembered them.

I saw the door half open and light was coming in, but then a shadow blocked the shadow and when I went to see what it was I realized it was Miss Kobayashi, and she seemed normal and unconcerned about everything.

(y/n):Kobayshi! Help me, help.- I screamed trying to ask her for help, she looked at me and gave a simple smile as she came towards me.

Kobayashi: Oh, hi (y/n), how is my dear boy?- She said patting my head.

(Y/n): Kobayashi, stop playing around and help me, Tohru, she killed Mom and Dad.- I said with some tears in my eyes, but Kobayashi just looked at me with a confused look.

Kobayashi: What are you talking about?

Tohru: Kobayashi, come, breakfast is ready.

Kobayashi: I'll be right there, I'll see you soon.

She said leaving the room even though I was shouting for her to stay, but she just ignored me. It was then that Tohru entered the room.

Tohru: Kobayashi is perfect, isn't she, and now that we're with you we're a perfect family.

(Y/n): What did you do with her?

Tohru: Kobayashi, I didn't understand the love for you my baby, that's why I had to use a little magic to make her think that you're her baby too.- She said poking my nose.

(Y/n): You're crazy, please Tohru, Just stop this.-I said scared while she looked at me a little more irritated.

Tohru: My poor baby....I guess you won't let me choose. This will hurt me more than it will hurt you.

She said with a sad face and approached me while her hand glowed, I started to struggle even more, because I knew what that was going to do. She put her hand on my face, blocking my entire field of vision and then, everything went white...Completely white...Mom, help me...i Just want my mom... Tohru, help me.

Tohru:How do you feel, baby dragon.

(Y/n): ugh, what happened, why am I stuck in bed?

Tohru: Oh, don't worry baby, it was just something we did to stop some nightmares, but now it's all fixed.

Mom untied me and then held me in a comfortable lap.

Tohru: Now come on Baby, breakfast is ready.

I smiled and hugged her as she led me to the breakfast table where my family was.

*Some time later*

Kanna never let go of (y/n) since Tohru brainwashed him, sometimes the two even fought over who would stay with (y/n) longer. But even when Kanna lost, she always found some way to be with her precious prince charming. Poor (y/n) sometimes still had slivers of memories of her old family and everything that happened, but one of the two was always willing to brainwash little (y/n) again.

Now, almost a year after the other dragons mysteriously disappeared along with (y/n)'s parents, everyone was hanging out at a New Year's festival. The stars were shining like never before and the fireworks were about to start.

Tohru now had two humans that she loved, she would never be able to choose just one of the two, but she still wanted to spend time alone with koabyshi. While the two went to get some sushi for both of them to eat now, the two children were alone looking at the stars.

Kanna: (y/n).

(Y/n): um, what up Kanna?

Kanna then kissed (y/n)'s cheek which made the little young man blush.

Kanna: In the future, it's going to be the two of us, okay?

(Y/n): Huh, i-i-I don't know.

Kanna then sent him a serious look that made him change his mind very quickly.

(Y/n): o-ok.

What the two little ones didn't know was that someone was watching them from afar.

Tohru: oh, by the gods, that's so cute.-Toru said with a certain pride in Kanna for being so possessive of what also belonged to her.

Kobayashi: I think there's something wrong with that.

Despite all the joy it was having on that starry night, the city was still trying to sort out all the confusion that the war between magical beings had caused, but that hadn't just been a mere consequence of a unique duel. That was a reminder for any being, both magical beings and humans. That was a reminder to never touch a dragon's treasure
