leondy short stories (leon x sandy)

1: brawl!

Leons pov:

I'm hidden in a bush while everyone is out there killing each other, I have no idea what to do! I decide to go to middle and try to sneak up on anyone inside the bushes, instead I get snuck up on by a Shelly with her fricken super. I quickly go invisible and heal up, as I was running I see Sandy who is also hiding. He can't see me since I'm invisible, but I come out and he flinches. He tries to attack me but I dodge, I spin in circles to show him to team with me.

"TEAM TEAM TEAM!!" I yell to Sandy who is still trying to get me.

"Um, I guess we can." he replies. Sandy hates teamers, but of course he would team with me because I'm his best friend.

Together, me and Sandy wipe out every other player together until it is finally announced "SHOWDOWN"
I try turning to Sandy, but this dude uses his super so I can't see him and kills me then and there.

Im shocked, theres no way my own friend did me dirty like that. I walk up to him, theres a crowd around him congratulating him. I get close enough to hear him and he yawns, then says "I'm so tired of winning."

"Tired of winning?? You know I could have won that round if you didn't backstab me!" I say, enraged

"I didn't 'backstab' you Leon, thats just how the game is!" he replies using a mocking tone.

"To think my own friend could do such a thing, well now you won't have a friend to do your tricks on, good-bye Sandy and never talk to me again!" I storm off right after I say this.

I expected Sandy to chase me, but he just stood there staring, like he was shocked. Shouldn't he have seen this coming? The farther I am the slower I walk, why hasn't he called out for me?!

— 2 days later —

Its been dayysss since I've last spoken to Sandy, he has just been alone. I feel bad, I didn't expect it to go this far. I can't stand not being with Sandy, I want his attention. Being away from him has driven me crazy, I don't understand why I want to be so close to him. Today, I will stop this madness and just talk to Sandy! Im miserable without him!

I see Sandy alone, this is my chance. As I was walking I felt so nervous and my heart was racing. I couldn't think straight, I just knew I wanted to be near him again. I couldn't take it and just started running while yelling out apologies to him.

"IM SO SORRY SANDY AND I MISS YOU!!" I cried out.

"Leon?! Wait slow down-"

I crashed into him and held him

"Ahh i've missed you so much sorry for saying all those things and being all butt hurt over that match"

"It's okay" he replied, "I really missed you a lot too, Leon."
He had a small grin on his face and seemed nervous too, I guess we both felt the same with time apart.

"Its been so lonely without you Sandy I couldn't stop thinking about you and stuff" I said while sighing

"You couldn't stop thinking about me?" He said, in a tone I can't really make out.

"Yeah likes lots!"

He went quiet and just kept looking around, moments later he finally looked back at me and asked me a question.

"Do you like me too?" He said, it looked like he was hesitating on whether to say it or not.

"Of course I like you Sandy!" I blurted

His eyes lit up "Really?! Thats great-"

"I mean why wouldn't I like you, you are my best friend. One small argument would never change that."

"Oh."
