AFTER LEAVING Sachiko's office I decided to go against her warning of not gambling for full bloom. She didn't control me and honestly, shit had already hit the fan. Plus, she straight up said that she didn't have the capability to care about me. 

Walking through the halls, I make my way towards our gambling den. When I make it there, Tsuzura, Mary, and Yukimi were already there.

"So shall we discuss a game plan?" Yukimi said. 

"I'm not exactly sure how to come up with a game plan if we don't know what kind of games we'll have to gamble in." I say and Mary nods her head. 

"I agree. I guess the whole part of gambling is going in blind and taking a risk. Isn't it?" She says. Which she definitely wasn't wrong. Thats why people got the thrill, after all. 

"When exactly is this entrance exam going down?" Tsuzura asks. 

"Tomorrow."

"Should we all hang out tonight, then? After all, we have no clue what'll happen tomorrow. It also may help us not stress so much over it." Yukimi asks and I shake my head. 

"Unfortunately I'm not free tonight. I have obligations that I have to fulfill," I say while rolling my eyes.

"What exactly is it that you have to do?" Tsuzura asks and I sigh.

"I have to go on another date with Sachiko."

"Why the hell would you do that?" Mary shouts "she's the enemy, remember?" 

"Because I have to. Didn't I tell you guys? She said that if I went on three dates with her Rei's debt would be paid off by the second one. Meaning that she doesn't get set up for a life plan," I say "I just want my best friend to finally be free. So that's your answer." I cross my arms.

Mary sighs and nods her head in understanding, "I'm sorry. I didn't know. If I were you, I'd be willing to do the same thing for Tsuzura."

"Really?" Tsuzura says and perks up. A light blush crossing her cheeks that surprisingly also crosses Mary's. 

Is there something going on between them?

THIS TIME FOR our date Sachiko was taking me out to a five star restaurants. One of the most expensive ones in Japan, as a matter of fact. Which didn't surprise me in the least. 

I dressed in a dress that of course, somehow appeared on the doorstep when I arrived at home and awaited for her to pick me up.

A limo pulled into my driveway exactly on the dot of when she said she'd be here. Something that I've noticed about her is that she'd extremely punctual, I highly doubt she's been late for anything in her life. Hell, she probably was born before her due date. 

I walk outside and Sachiko gracefully gets out of the back of the limo to hold the door open for me. She's wearing a black suit that fits her perfectly. I never knew a woman could look so good in a suit if I were to be completely honest. 

"So, I paid off Rei's debt today. She'll no longer be set up for a life plan and she isn't a house pet anymore either. Should she choose to come back to the academy, she'll have a clean slate." Is one of the first things she says to me when we get into the limo and she shuts the door. I fling myself at her, wrapping my arms firmly around her neck.

"Thank you so much. You have no idea how much this means to me." She instantly wraps her arms back around me and I feel her heart speed up a little bit.

"Of course, it was part of the deal. Wasn't it?" 

"Even so, the fact that you did it in the first place? Seriously thank you."

"No problem, little mouse." 

She wasn't wrong in calling me little mouse because if I were to be completely honest with myself, she caught me in a trap.

She's the cat and I truly am the mouse.

Hey guys! So I know this isn't a super long chapter but I really wanted to put one out. The next chapter will be a continuation of their date, and then we'll get into the entrance exam for full bloom. I seriously am really sorry for not updating in such a long time, I've just been really busy with life.
